INFORMATIONAL:

HVAC Upgrades – Edgewood Highland School – Awarded to: Trac Builders for their low responsive bid price of $2,194,000.00

Fire Code Upgrades – Glen Hills School, Rhodes School, Stone Hill School and Woodridge School. Awarded to: Calson Construction Corporation for their low responsive bid in the amount of $617,730.00 for Glenn Hilss School, $607,815.00 for Stone Hill School and and $556,900.00 for Woodridge School. E.W. Burman Inc. awarded for Rhodes School in the amount of $235,434.00 for their low responsive bid price.

Engineering Services – Stormwater BMP for Narragansett Blvd and Stillhouse Cove – The Department Of Public Works recommends the award to Fuss & O’Neill in the amount of $41,990.00

Engineering Services – Roof Replacement at Cranston High School West – The Department of Engineering and the School Department recommends to revise the award construction project to Eagle Cornice Company in the amount of $1,217,500.00 plus their unit prices.
