The Cranston Senior Services Center, 1070 Cranston St., is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Meals are served in the dining room Mon.-Fri. at 11:30 a.m. Call for your reservation 780-6204.
On July 10 at 10 a.m. COPD. COPD is one of the most common lung deseases. What is it? What are the symptoms? How can it be treated? What is the difference between COPD and asthma? Join them for this informative seminar and have all these questions answered.

Cardio Mix? Total Body Toning Class
Mondays & Wednesdays 5-6 p.m. $5 per class. This class will include cardio kickboxing, resistance training and core routines with Pilates. All classes will end with yoga stretches.
Zumba on Tuesdays 5-6 p.m. $5 per session. A fun way to exercise and listen to great music.
Yoga on Thursdays 5-6p.m. $4 members/$5 non-members. This class is a gentle, stretching yoga called "Hatha.”

A reminder...Cranston Senior Services offers a variety of exercise classes: chair exercises, aerobics, Tai Chi Chuan, Yoga, Zumba, gym and swim and this summer a free demonstration of the Nia technique. Diabetes Support-First Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m.

Bereavement support- Second Friday of the month at 9:30 a.m.
INSIGHT Support-Fourth Thursday of the month-10:30 a.m.

Square Dance Workshops
The Swinging Squares of RI Dance Workshops will be held on Mondays July 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 7-9 p.m. at the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center, 7 Esmond St., Smithfield. The fee is $6 per person. The caller will be Bob Butler. Call Louise at 724-7295 for more information

Golf Tournament & Steak Fry
The Kelley-Gazzerro VFW Post #2812, 1418 Plainfield St., Cranston, will have golf tournament & steak fry Aug. 5 at Triggs Memorial Golf Course. Shotgun Play-Tee Time 8 a.m., "Play Your Own Ball.” $100 per person includes 18 holds of golf with golf cart, steak fry at the Post by Ralph's Kitchen. Green fees due by July 29.
