Volunteers are needed for Meals on Wheels. You have the opportunity to make a difference in the life of a homebound person. Volunteers deliver hot lunches to homebound seniors, between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and no later than 2 p.m. The volunteers provide the warmth of a friendly smile. Call RSVP at 780-6180.

A reminder...Cranston Senior Services offers a variety of exercise classes: chair exercises, aerobics, Tai Chi Chuan, Yoga, Zumba, gym and swim and this summer a free demonstration of the Nia technique. For information call 780-6216.

The members of the Knightsville Senior Club will have a social to celebrate the holidays on Dec. 21.

Twas The Night Before Christmas
Sugar plums will dance, reindeer will prance, and all the familiar characters take to the stage in Providence Ballet Theatre's playful adaptation of Clement C. Moore's classic poem, “Twas the Night Before Christmas.” The original choreography and a hip style is the perfect addition to your holiday season. Fun for all ages, come and experience the traditional story in a whole new way. Performed in Sapinsley Hall in the Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts, Rhode Island College, 600 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence.
