NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing on the following proposed Ordinances will be held before the Finance Committee on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 6:30 p.m., City Council Chambers, City Hall, 869 Park Avenue, City Hall, Cranston, R.I. pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter.

Complete copies of the Ordinances are available for public review at the City Clerk’s Office, and the Cranston Central Library and the City website cranstonri.org under calendar by clicking on the meeting date.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE 8-14-01 RATIFYING, CONFIRMING, AND APPROVING THE LEASE

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CRANSTON AND THE GREATER PROVIDENCE YMCA FOR THE PASTORE YOUTH CENTER

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

Section 1. The City of Cranston has through its officials, negotiated a Lease Agreement with the Greater Providence YMCA.

Section 2. That Agreement in writing between the City of Cranston and the Greater Providence YMCA, a copy of which is attached hereto, and made part hereof, is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved by this City Council.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
