Ever since his hit, “Release Me (And Let Me Love Again)” reached top-10 status in the U.S. and number one in Britain, Engelbert Humperdinck has been performing sold-out shows to audiences around the world. Now, he’s coming to Rhode Island.
On Friday, April 5, Humperdinck will bring his distinct adult contemporary sound to the completely renovated historic Park Theatre in Cranston. During the peak of his popularity, Humperdinck’s music sold 80,000 copies a day, fending off the Beatles from the top of the charts in the United Kingdom.
Engelbert Humperdinck will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 5. Tickets are priced at $45, $55 and $65 and may be purchased by calling the Box Office at 467-7275 or online at www.ParkTheatreRI.com. The Park Theatre is located at 848 Park Avenue in Cranston.
