NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing on the following proposed Ordinance 2-15-03 will be held before the City Council on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 7 p.m., Council Chamber, 869 Park Avenue Cranston, R.I. pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter.

“Individuals requesting interpreter services for the deaf or hard of hearing must notify the City Clerk’s Office at 461-1000 ext. 3197 seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the hearing date.”

PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2-15-03 RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF CRANSTON, AND THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF POLICE OFFICERS, LOCAL 301.
It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
Section 1. The City of Cranston has through its officials, negotiated a Final Memorandum of Understanding with the IBPO, Local 301 related to the promotion of Todd Patalano to the rank of Major.
Section 2. The Memorandum of Understanding, copy of which is attached hereto, and made a part hereof, is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved by this City Council.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
