A Public Hearing on the following proposed Ordinance will be held before the Finance Committee on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. Council Chambers, 869 Park Avenue, Cranston, RI. pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 4-16-02 AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2015 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2016 (Cranston Western Little League Loan)

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:

SECTION 1: The Capital Improvements Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 is hereby amended as follows:

I recommend adoption of the foregoing Ordinance Pursuant to Section 6.17 of the City Charter.
