For more than 40 years, Cranston firemen from Local 1363, has offered a safe alternative for Trick or Treaters on Halloween Night at Headquarters, Station 2, on Pontiac Ave. They served pizza donated by Papa Gino’s, Kool-Aid prepared by the firemen and candy donated by the Union and Cranston Department of Recreation.
Firefighter Nick Carcieri chaired this year’s event. They estimated hundreds of children and their families stopped in for a fun evening.
