FRAUD On Sept. 30 at 5:39 p.m., Officer Leonard arrested Daniel Brown, 53, of 13 Terrace Ave. Apt. 2 in Providence for fraudulent checks (under $1,000). The arrest was a result of an attempted pickup for an active Cranston Police arrest and affidavit

FRAUD

On Sept. 30 at 5:39 p.m., Officer Leonard arrested Daniel Brown, 53, of 13 Terrace Ave. Apt. 2 in Providence for fraudulent checks (under $1,000). The arrest was a result of an attempted pickup for an active Cranston Police arrest and affidavit warrant at his residence. He was then arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

At 9:35 a.m. on Sept. 30, Officer Lang arrested Jamie Demello, 43, of 39 Greylawn Drive in Warwick, for driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license, third or subsequent offense. The arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Ave. Demello was issued a Third District Court release to appear.

On September 30 at 11:17 a.m., Lt. Brooks arrested Taneya Leigh, 38, of 26 Arch St. in Providence for driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license, third or subsequent offence. Arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Ave. She was issued a Third District Court release to appear.

WARRANTS

Officer Leonard arrested Luis Gonzalez, 26, of 242 Clarence Ave. in Providence on Sept. 30 at 8:59 p.m. for a Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Webster Ave. and Ryder Ave. Gonzalez was then transported to the ACI Intake.  Michael Gonzalez, 23, of 102 Lexington Ave. third floor in Providence was arrested on Sept. 30 at 9:09 p.m. by Officer Travers for a Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1330 Elmwood Ave. He was transported to ACI Intake. 

On Sept. 30 at 11:28 a.m. Officer Skodras arrested Eusebio Moyet, 28, of 106 Florence St. in Providence for a warrant of arrest on an affidavit from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Ave., and Moyet was turned over to the Providence Police Department.
