MULTIPLE CHARGES

On March 19 at 4:38 p.m., police arrested Kerri York, 33, 34 Grantland Road, Cranston, on charges of shoplifting, shoplifting implements of concealment, conspiracy, simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say York was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court and an arrest warrant issued from Warwick Police. Police say York was arrested after officers responded to a service call from Walmart on Plainfield Pike.

On March 19 at 4:38 p.m., police arrested Tracie McLain, 23, 166 Pawtucket Ave., Pawtucket, on charges of shoplifting, conspiracy and violation of a no-contact order. Police say McLain was arrested after officers responded to a service call from Walmart on Plainfield Pike.

On March 21 at 1:55 a.m., police arrested Don Wise, 24, 125 Westwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of driving with suspended license, third offense, and possession of cocaine. Police say Wise was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Webster and Union avenues.

On March 24 at 3:31 p.m., police arrested Jose Rodriguez, 37, 120 Evergreen Drive, Apt. 20, East Providence, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Police say Rodriquez was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Rodriguez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On March 24 at approximately 6 p.m., police arrested Christopher Fiske, 32, 289 Legion Way, Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of attempted larceny, reckless driving/eluding police and resisting arrest. Police say Fiske was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Fiske was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Garland Drive and Columbus Boulevard.

On March 25 at 7:25 p.m., police arrested Heather Zaki, 44, 1214 Cranston St., Apt. 316, Cranston, on charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms. Police say Zaki was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Zaki was arrested after officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on Cranston Street.

On March 27 at 10:18 a.m., police arrested Nicholas Stone, 20, 95 Thomas St., Woonsocket, on charges of assault, reckless driving, violation of a no-contact order and disorderly conduct. Police say stone was arrested during a warrant pickup on Thomas Street.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On March 17 at 11:18 p.m., police arrested Joseph Ray, 40, 56 Log Rd., Smithfield, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 17 at 11:18 p.m., police arrested Chelsea Soriano, 24, 224 Saratoga St., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 19 at 4:43 p.m., police arrested Jeremy Collazo, 26, 61 Carolina St., Providence, on charges of domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone and larceny.

On March 19 at 5 p.m., police arrested Rachel Burgos, 27, 160 Woodbine St., Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property, domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 24 at 4:24 a.m., police arrested Joel Morales, 33, 77 Mason Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery, domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

On March 24 at 12:20 p.m., police arrested Joel Gomez, 29, 22 Haddon Hill, Cranston, on a charge of domestic violation of a no-contact order.

PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION

On March 28 at 1:43 a.m., police arrested Mata Yorjank, 39, 28 Jillson St., Providence, on a charge of violation of a protective order.

DRUG CHARGES

On March 18 at 6:58 p.m., police arrested Thalia Rivera, 25, 3 Mica Ave., Cranston, on a charge of possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver. Police say Rivera was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

On March 22 at 8:18 p.m., police arrested Zarley Lapuc, 28, 20 Mayflower St., Apt. 4, Providence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Lapuc was arrested after officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on Wollaston Street.

On March 23 at approximately 8:25 p.m., police arrested Alexander Colon, 21, 3 Baltimore St., first floor, Providence, on charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of Alprazolam. Police say Colon was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

On March 25 at 10:15 a.m., police arrested Jenna Kennaway, 35, 7 Fox Run, Marshfield, Massachusetts, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. Police say Kennaway was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Kenneway was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Sockanosset Cross Road.

DUI

On March 23 at approximately 5:07 p.m., police arrested Matthew Travis, 36, no address listed, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Travis was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue.

FORGERY

On March 18 at approximately 4:45 p.m., police arrested Jerry Davis, 42, 1 Cadillac Drive, Apt. 519, Providence, on charges of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates and providing false documents to public officials. Police say Davis was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Hillside Road.

On March 20 at 4:30 p.m., police arrested Michael A. Veilleux, 53, 63 Bingley Terrace, Johnston, on charges of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates, providing false documents to a public official and operating with a suspended license, second offense. Police say Veilleux was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Pike.

SHOPLIFTING

On March 19 at 4:38 p.m., police arrested Ahesha Taylor, 35, 160 Benedict St., Apt. 310, Providence, on charges of Shoplifting and Conspiracy. Police say Taylor was arrested after officers responded to a service call from Walmart on Plainfield Pike.

On March 22 at 1 p.m., police arrested Luis Cruz, 41, 19 Clematis St., Providence, on a charge of Shoplifting. Information regarding the location of the arrest was unavailable.

FRAUD

On March 22 at 8:28 p.m., police arrested Wayne Sutton, 57, 126 Post Road, Apt. 3, Warwick, on two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses, under $1,500. Police say Sutton was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police.

OBSTRUCTION

On March 18 at approximately 6:58 p.m., police arrested Judy Berryman, 31, 182 Branch Ave., Cranston, on a charge of obstruction of justice. Police say Berryman was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

On March 21 at 1:55 a.m., police arrested Jasmine Washington, 28, 25 Auburn St., Apt. 1R, Pawtucket, on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Washington was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. DISORDERLY

On March 22 at 8:18 a.m., police Alan Gelfuso, 60, 85 Briggs St., Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Gelfuso was arrested at the department’s headquarters.

On March 27 at 3:52 p.m., police arrested Jilena Mateo, 22, 16 Oak St., Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Mateo was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Oak Street.

On March 27 at 3:52 p.m., police arrested Joselyn Mosquea, 38, 12 Oak St., Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Mosquea was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Oak Street.

On March 22 at 7:56 p.m., police arrested Richard Carr, 41, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Carr was arrested on Howard Avenue.

WARRANTS

On March 18 at 1:15 a.m., police took Ana Rivera, 30, 25 Tobey St., Apt. 503, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Rivera was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Alto Street and Farmington Avenue.

On March 19 at 1:02 a.m., police took Fernando Rey Jimenez, 38, 33 Monticello St. Apt. 3, Providence, into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Family Court. Police say Jimenez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Webster and Franklin avenues.

On March 21 at 9:31 a.m., police took Casey O’Brien, 27, 19 Westly St., West Warwick, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say O’Brien was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Pippin Orchard Road.

On March 21 at 6:27 p.m., police took Prince Johnson, 26, 589 Admiral St., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Johnson was arrested after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person on Howard Avenue.

On March 22 at 7:55 p.m., police took Joel Reis, 34, 118 Clarence St., Apt. 2, Providence, into custody on a warrant issued from Rhode Island State Police.

On March 24 at approximately 3:49 p.m., police took Janill Robinson, 36, 15 Hobson Ave., Cranston, into custody on a warrant issued from Seekonk Police. Police say Robinson was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Hobson Avenue.

On March 28 at 1:43 a.m., police took Wesmah Johnson, 36, 653 Douglas Ave., Apt. 3, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant. Police say Johnson was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Route 10 and Niantic Avenue.

On March 28 at 9:32 a.m., police took Nicole Seal, 35, 30 Harding Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Seal was arrested on Harding Avenue.

On March 28 at 11:46 p.m., police took Jessica Butler, 36, 156 Richard St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Butler was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.
