MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Aug. 23 at 2:19 a.m., police arrested Carlos Moreira, 31, 32F Weaver St., Warwick, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Moreira was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Cranston Street and Webster Avenue.

On Aug. 26 at 11:56 p.m., police arrested Jashlet Pinthiere, 25, 81 Eagle Road, Cranston, on charges of possession of fentanyl, domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 27 at 5 p.m., police arrested Sunseyla Prom Mam, 28 of 39 Lark Ave., Cranston, on charges of manufacturing/possession/delivery of MDMA, manufacturing/possession/delivery of fentanyl, manufacturing/possession/delivery of marijuana, possession of fentanyl, possession of MDMA, resisting arrest, maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances and two counts of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence. Police say Mam was arrested on Lark Avenue.

On Aug. 27 at 6:47 p.m., police arrested Sharif Fairweather, 43, 163 Gallatin St., Providence, on charges of shoplifting, simple assault, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, vandalism and disorderly conduct. Police say Fairweather was arrested on Broad Street.

On Aug. 29 at 11:07 a.m., police arrested Michael Lucas, 35, 22 Hatfield St., Pawtucket, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving/eluding police, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and driving after denial/suspension/revocation of license. Police say Lucas was arrested on Holburn Avenue and was additionally taken into custody on four bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Aug. 22 at 1:25 p.m., police arrested Katherine De Los Santos, 20, 52 Cactus St., Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly. Police say De Los Santos was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.

On Aug. 23 at 1:21 a.m., police arrested Hector Santamaria, 34, 85 Briggs St., Apt. 1005, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 26 at 11:56 p.m., police arrested Kerwins Pinthiere, 21, 81 Eagle Road, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 28 at 9:32 p.m., police arrested Michaela Link, 28, 39 Southern St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 30 at 2:52 a.m., police arrested Kathy Salazar, 38, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. 145, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 30 at 3:47 a.m., police arrested Glenda Whiting, 56, 154 Franklin Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

ASSAULT

On Aug. 22 at 11:33 a.m., police arrested Keith O’Neill, 54, 85 Briggs St., Cranston, on charges of assault on a person over 60 years of age causing bodily injury and disorderly conduct. Police say O’Neill was arrested on Briggs Street.

On Aug. 28 at 2:21 a.m., police arrested Yeury J. Baez Guerrero, 23, 90 Fillmore St., Apt. C, Providence, on a charge of simple assault. Police say Baez was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

DUI

On Aug. 29 at 8:56 p.m., police arrested Karla Sherman, 38, 51 Mallory Court, Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Sherman was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mallory Court.

SHOPLIFTING

On Aug. 23 at 4 p.m., police arrested Angelica Sosa, 24, 16 Bowdoin St., Providence, on charges of shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Sosa was arrested on Plainfield Pike.

On Aug. 23 at 4:35 p.m., police arrested Jennifer Sosa, 43, 20 Bowdoin St., Apt. R, Providence, on charges of shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Sosa was arrested on Plainfield Pike.

On Aug. 26 at 2:02 a.m., police arrested Lynn Turner, 29, 50 Starr St., Johnston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Turner was arrested on Plainfield Pike.

On Aug. 26 at 11:50 a.m., police arrested Andrew DelSanto, 39, 85 Briggs St., Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say DelSanto was arrested on Warwick Avenue.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Aug. 23 at 5:57 p.m., police arrested Paul Bertsch, 32, 71 Grantland Road, Cranston, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. Police say Bertsch was arrested on Grantland Road.

WARRANTS

On Aug. 24 at 12 a.m., police took Lyle Goncalves, 25, 36 Nickerson St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Goncalves was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

On Aug. 27 at 12:55 p.m., police took Davion Portes, 21, Athol Massachusetts, into custody on two bench warrants issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Portes was arrested on Broad Street.

On Aug. 28 at 5:03 p.m., police took Peter Weaver, 58, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Weaver was arrested on Pontiac Avenue.

On Aug. 28 at 8:26 p.m., police took Robert Shook, 67, 228 Cleveland St., Pawtucket, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police. Police say Shook was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue.

On Aug. 29 at 7:15 p.m., police took Mark Smith, 46, 139 Lennox Ave., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Smith was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

On Aug. 29 at 8:07 p.m., police took Juan Castillo, 22, 172 Progress Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on a warrant issued from Seekonk Police. Police say Castillo was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Webster Avenue.
