ASSAULT

At 5:56 a.m. on March 3, Officers McCoy and Burns arrested Alexander Scibak, 27, of 1928 Cranston St. in Cranston, for domestic simple assault/battery, domestic disorderly conduct, violation of a no contact order, third offense, and Superior Court bench warrants. His arrest was the result of a disturbance at 1928 Cranston St. Sciback was in custody at Kent Hospital, to be arraigned by a Justice of the Peace upon his release.

On February 27 at 2:50 a.m. Officer Quaranto arrested Michele Gannon, 44, of 171 Knollwood Avenue in Cranston for domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest as a result of a disturbance call at 171 Knollwood Avenue. He was held for arraignment. CYBERSTALKING

Officer Escobar arrested Luigi Simeone, 31, of 348 Phenix Ave. in Cranston on February 27 at 11:43 a.m. for domestic cyberstalking as a result of a disturbance at 348 Phenix Ave. He was then held for arraignment.

DISORDERLY

On February 27 at 9:44 p.m., Officer Reis arrested Jenna Pitocco, 21, of 278 Morgan Avenue, Johnston for disorderly conduct as a result of an assault call at 55 Brayton Avenue. Also arrested was Joanna Gallucci, 22, of 57 Wildwood Drive, Cranston for disorderly conduct. Both were later released with a scheduled court appearance.

On February 27 at 1:09 p.m. Officer Scotti assisted by Sergeant Chapman arrested Josue Lopez, 27, of 27 Mitchell St. in Providence for domestic disorderly conduct and a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a disturbance called into 911. He was then held for arraignment. NO CONTACT

On March 2 at 10:05 a.m. Officer Laplume arrested Kyle Leitao, 25, of 40 Manning St. in Warren, for two counts of violation of a no contact order, third offense. His arrest was the result of the suspect turning himself into headquarters. He was held awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

NO LICENSE

Officer LeClair arrested Jalu Baya, 45, of 17 Goddard St. in Providence on March 03 at 4:33 a.m., for driving without a license, third offense and as a fugitive from justice from Massachusetts for larceny. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 North and Reservoir Ave. Bay was held overnight awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

POSSESSION

As a result of a disturbance call at 156 Woodbine St. on March 2 at 9:34 p.m., Officer McCoy arrested Kitwale Jones, 46, of 24 Nicholas Brown Yard in Providence for possession of a schedule I narcotic as a result of a disturbance call at 156 Woodbine St. Jones was then held for morning arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

On Feb. 27 at 9:20 p.m., Officer Leonard arrested Shawn A. Burkhart, 42, of 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston for a sexual offender address change as a result of a public contact at Police Headquarters. He was then held for arraignment.

WARRANT

On March 3 at 2:00 a.m., Officers Rocchio and O’Malley arrested Tamara Dean, 22, of 40 Ridgeway Ave. in Providence, for a Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 88 Harris Ave. Apt. #2. Dean was processed and transported to the ACI Women’s Intake.
