ASSAULT

Donnell Kilgore, 25, of 2045 Broad St. Apt. 102 in Cranston, was arrested on December 13 at 4:52 p.m. for domestic felony assault, violation of a no contact order, driving without the consent of the owner, domestic disorderly conduct, two counts of larceny under $1,500 and two counts of conspiracy as a result of a suspicious activity call on Narragansett Boulevard and a previous affidavit warrant from this department. He was held for court as a probation violator.

DISORDERLY

On December 13 at 10:00 a.m. officers arrested Pamela Crum, 39, of 105 Sharon St. in Cranston, for domestic disorderly as a result of a 9-1-1 call for a disturbance at the residence. She was arraigned at the Third District Court.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1431 Park Ave. on December 17 at 7:10 p.m., officers arrested Ario Pallante, 18, of 38 Dyerville Ave. first floor in Johnston, for driving under the influence, first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Pallante was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

Officer arrested Naiomi Beltre, 26, of 270 Beckwith St., on December 14 at 12:26 a.m. for driving under the influence, first offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Park Ave. and Elmwood Ave. She as then held for arraignment.

FALSE PRETENSES

Officers arrested Viviana Argueta Morales, 29, of 754 Broad St. Apt. 1 in Providence, on December 16 at 3:14 p.m. for obtaining money under false pretenses. The arrest was the result of a call for service in the area of 1776 Plainfield Pike. She was held awaiting arraignment.

LARCENY

On December 13 at 6:42 p.m. officers arrested Franklin Portes, 22, of 53 Goddard St. Apt. 3 in Providence, for two counts of larceny under $1,500 and two counts of conspiracy as a result of a suspicious activity call on Narragansett Boulevard. He was arraigned and released by the Justice of the Peace.

OBSTRUCTION

On December 14 at 12:21 p.m. officers arrested Yohnni A. Tetreault, 21, of 1585 Elmwood Ave., for obstructing an officer in execution of duty and a Third District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Elmwood Ave. and Fenner St. He was held for arraignment.

Officers arrested Tavia Stinson, 24, of 9 Regent Ave. third floor in Providence, on December 12 at 3:14 p.m. for obstruction of justice and forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates. The arrest was the result of a call for service in the area of Pontiac and Howard Avenues. Stinson was held awaiting arraignment as a violator.

POSSESSION

Christopher Flynn, 39, of 265 South Rd. in Wakefield, was arrested on December 13 at 4:14 p.m. for manufacture/possession/delivery of a schedule II narcotic and a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Route 10 South. He was held for court as a probation violator.

Officers arrested Harris K Moid, 23, of 80 Summit St. in Pawtucket, on December 13 at 12:25 a.m. for possession of schedule II drug. The arrest was the result of a motor stop in the area of 1102 Cranston Street. He was then held for arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS

On December 17 at 8:42 a.m., an officer arrested Juan Rivera, 49, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston, for a sex offender address change. The arrest was the result of an attempted pickup at the aforementioned address. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

SHOPLIFTING

Janeeva Taylor, 25, of 23 Oriole Ave. first floor in Providence was arrested on December 17 at 3:21 p.m. for shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the Walmart located at 1776 Plainfield Pike. Taylor was then arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

On December 15 at 3:40 p.m. officers arrested Helluva Brown, 26, of 325 Niagara St. in Providence, for felony shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the Shaw's located at 8 Chapel View Blvd. Brown was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI.

As a result of a call for service at the Walmart located at 1776 Plainfield Pike on December 15 at 8:35 p.m., officers arrested Christian Hernandez, 30, of 30 Goddard St. Apt # 1 in Providence, for felony shoplifting and conspiracy. Also arrested was Ashley Rodriguez, 22, of the same address, for the same charges. They were held overnight as bail violators.

VANDALISM

On December 18 at 12:32 a.m., officers arrested Christopher Ferreiras, 32, of 529 Union Ave. in Providence, for domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct and possession of a schedule II drug (cocaine) as the result of a Cranston Police arrest affidavit.

WARRANT

Officers arrested Devin Barbosa, 24, of 15 Claremont St. Providence, on December 15 at 4:13 p.m. for a warrant of arrest on an affidavit out of Providence. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at 905 Cranston St. Barbosa was turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On December 14 at 9:42 a.m. officers arrested Thaddeus Farman, 38, of 161 Franklin Ave. in Cranston, for a Superior Court bench warrant as the result of a suspicious person investigation on Cranston St. near Whipple Avenue. He was transported to the ACI.
