Infinity Fitness and Wellness It’s more than a “resolution”, it’s a lifestyle change in 2017

The iconic fictional character Buzz Lightyear once uttered the immortal words: “To Infinity and Beyond!”, popularizing the notion that nothing in life is truly beyond our limits if we work hard enough for it ~ and want it badly enough. There are no limits to our potential to be better, stronger, and able to achieve our goals.

“No limits” is absolutely the motto of Melissa Sischo, the owner of Infinity Fitness and Wellness and Jennifer Mello, this busy fitness center’s manager. It has been said of owner Melissa that she “lives for lifting people up, helping them through their challenges and teaching them to celebrate their accomplishments.” Though she has a nurturing side, she can deliver a tough workout, yielding the results you want and expect from an experienced trainer. Jennifer is not only the center’s manager but is also a talented instructor, coach and massage therapist. Along with the center’s four other trainers, they make a formidable team.

Melissa and Jennifer share a vision of their progressive gym that translates into a philosophy that is all-inclusive, empowering and limitless. Along with their close-knit team, they are committed to helping people achieve balance in their lives and find a place of well-being, confidence and health.

Infinity Fitness and Wellness, which is located on the second floor of a spacious former warehouse off Elmwood Avenue, offers everything from training for grueling fitness challenges (such as the increasingly popular “Spartan” races) to heart-pumping Zumba and kickboxing group classes to restorative yoga classes to one-on-one personal workouts, massages and Reiki therapy. There is even a separate room devoted just to spinning classes. Men and woman alike benefit from the versatile programming and equipment here. There is literally something for everyone here, no matter one’s age or ability level.

Some of the specific goals of the team at Infinity Fitness and Wellness include:

• Increasing strength & endurance

• Burning body fat

• Rehabilitating injuries with their own on-site Physical/Massage therapist

• Losing weight/gaining weight . . . and so much more
