This past weekend, Woodridge Congregational Church hosted its annual Irish/Italian Night to celebrate upcoming St. Patrick’s and St. Joseph’s Days with parishioners, family and friends. Now in its sixth year, guests were treated to corned beef and cabbage, pasta and meatballs, salad, dessert and beverages.
The festivities included old-fashioned sing-a-longs featuring Irish and Italian music by Bob Nolan, the Church music director. St. Patrick’s Day is March 17 followed by St. Joseph’s Day on March 19. (Photos by Meri Kennedy and Steve Popiel)
