Knightsville library branch closing for renovations

Beginning April 13 the Knightsville Branch of the Cranston Public Library will be closed for renovations. The library will be closed for approximately three to four weeks during this project. The building will be undergoing an abatement to remove old floor tiles containing asbestos on the main level and basement level of the library. New carpeting and floor tiles will then be installed.

The following locations will be open during the renovations: Arlington Branch (1064 Cranston St.); Auburn Branch (396 Pontiac Ave.); Central Library (140 Sockanosset Cross Road); Oak Lawn Branch (230 Wilbur Ave.); and William Hall Library (1825 Broad St.)The Knightsville Branch is located at 1847 Cranston St. For more information please visit www.cranstonlibrary.org.
