FOR NEW 311 DORIC AVENUE GENERATOR
The Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP) desires to invite General Contractors to submit sealed bids for a new electric generator at 311 Doric Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island submitted to the CCAP Administration office, 311 Doric Ave., Cranston RI 02910 before 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. The bids will be opened privately by the Owner.
One copy of the Bid Documents in digital format on a compact disc may be obtained by General Contractors only, in person only, from the Architect’s office, Saccoccio & Associates, 1085 Park Avenue, Cranston, RI 02910, after 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 1, 2019 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. and Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 12:30 P.M.
No deposit is required.
The Owner will hold a mandatory prebid conference at the site at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
