The third annual Lemonade Stand was held on Saturday at the Park Ave Auto Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities included a bounce house, face painting, a raffle, Zumba and music, all to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society. According to event founder Laurie Bussman, the goal for this year was $2,500 and the funds raised far surpassed that, with a total of $2,950 being raised that day.
“Words can’t describe what today meant to me. The volunteers all went above and beyond,” Bussman said on her Facebook page.
