Friday, June 21 at 10 a.m.The Care Concierge of New England is a free service for seniors to help them find the right senior living option for them. They help navigate the ever-changing world of senior care. At this presentation they will explain the various senior living options available to seniors.

Who is in the Kitchen with M&M

Wednesday, June 26 at 10 a.m.This program will include cooking with local foods and a surprise guest.

Care to Connect Café

Wednesday, June 26, 1:15-2:15 p.m.Caregiving can be a lonely experience. The Care to Connect Café provides a safe and positive place for those dealing with the daily issues of being a caregiver. It also provides caregivers an opportunity to learn from others who face the same challenges. For more information, contact Jennifer at 780-6254.

Arthritis exercise classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:15 p.m.Beginning July 2, ending Aug. 8Instructors: Jennifer Kevorkian and Marylou Pearson

This free, six-week session will focus on a low-impact physical activity that will help you keep joints flexible and muscles strong, sleep better, increase energy and improve your overall outlook. To register, call 780-6000.

Dementia Friendly Community Series

Tuesdays, 1:30 p.m.Join us on our Journey as we explore the faces of memory loss. “Memory Loss: The Basics” will be held on July 9, followed by “Medically Caused Dementia” on July 23. “Dementia & Hearing Loss” will be held Aug. 6, and the series concludes with “A Caregiver’s Journey” on Aug. 20. Support for the Dementia Friendly Community Series is provided by a grant from Tufts Health Plan Foundation.
