Keeping Loved Ones Safe: An Emergency Preparedness Workshop

This program is geared toward people with disabilities, chronic conditions, functional and access needs and their caregivers. Participants will engage in personal preparedness activities and start an emergency kit. You will also learn about the resources that are available in the state.

Health & Fitness Programs

One of the goals at the Cranston Enrichment Center is to promote healthy lifestyles through health education, physical fitness and preventative care. The center provides health and wellness classes, counseling, support groups, nurse and pharmacy clinics, and a wide variety of exercise classes. Choose what works for you.

Exercise classes coordinated by the Programs Division include Chair Exercises, Aerobics, Tai Chi Chuan, Yoga, Chair Yoga, Making Fitness Easy, Zumba Gold, Bone Builders of RI and Ballroom and Line Dancing. For more information, call 780-6216.
