PROPOSED ORDINANCE 5-17-05 IN AMENDMENT OF TITLE 10, CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” (Malvern – Stop Sign Removal)
It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 10.32,020 entitled “Stop Intersection Enumerated” is hereby amended by deleting the following:
[Malvern Avenue (eastbound) at its intersection with Sylvan Avenue]
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
