ASSAULT

On November 22 at approximately 11:04 p.m., Officers Robbins and Cragin arrested Regan Landolfi, 19, of 9 Wales St. in Cranston for felony assault-dangerous weapon/substance. The arrest was the result of a call for an assault involving several females in front of BMC Petroleum at 905 Cranston St. Landolfi was held for arraignment as a bail violator.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

Officer Henry III arrested Liam Rosen, 18, of 2215 Cranston St. #3 in Cranston on November 20 at 11:35 p.m. for domestic breaking and entering without consent. His arrest was the result of a breaking and entering investigation at the Third District Court.

DISORDERLY

Joshua Fuller, 26, of no known address (homeless), was arrested on November 25 at 12:50 p.m. by Officer McIntyre and Detective Tortorella for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest as the result of a call for suspicious activity at the Lowes located at 247 Garfield Ave. He was held as a bail violator and transported to the ACI.

Officer O’Malley arrested Salvatore B. Placella, 59, of 21 Cavalry Street, Cranston on November 22 just after midnight for disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance call at 21 Cavalry Street. Placella was then held for arraignment.

DRIVING WITHOUT CONSENT

At 9:34 p.m. on November 24, Officers Leonard and Corvese arrested Marvin Alvarez, 20, of 15 Wynchwood Place in Johnston, for driving without consent of owner. The arrest was a result of a call for a stolen motor vehicle at 579 Reservoir Ave. He was held awaiting arraignment as a probation violator.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Officer Leclair arrested Jonathan Pomales, 27, of 40 W. Wrentham Rd. Unit #4 in Cumberland on November 24 at approximately 12:41 a.m. for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Ave. near Gansett Ave. He was held awaiting arraignment.

On November 23 at 5:39 p.m. Officer Langlais arrested Steven Lavallee, 29, of 3 Lavalle Dr., Cumberland for possession of a schedule I narcotic as a result of a suspicious person call at Speedway Gas at 305 Phenix Ave. He was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

As a result of a traffic accident at 30 Whipple Avenue on November 23 at 12:47 a.m., Officer Henry arrested Eidi Navas, 37 of 17 Lancashire Street #1 in Providence for driving under the influence first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Navas was then held for arraignment.

Alan Segui, 48, of 471 Admiral Street #2 in Providence was arrested on November 22 at 11:52 p.m. by Officer Leclair for possession of a schedule II drug, driving under the influence first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test as a result of a traffic stop on Route 10 South. He was held for arraignment.

FALSE DOCUMENT

Jose Gonzalez De Leon, 42, of 34 What Cheer Avenue #2 in Providence was arrested on November 23 at 4:54 a.m. by Officer Mastrati for giving a false document to a public official as a result of a traffic stop at Crown Street. He was then held for arraignment.

POSSESSION

On November 27 at about 12:37 a.m., Officer Smith arrested Anthony Smith, 19, of 41 Yale Ave. in Providence for possession of a schedule I-V drug (clonazepam/zolpidem) and obstruction as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Ave. near Terrace Ave. He was held for arraignment.

Officer Maione arrested Casey Daniels, 36, of 26 Unity Ave. Apt. 2 in East Providence on November 26 at about 1:00 a.m. for possession of a schedule I-V drug (cocaine) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hillwood St. He was held for arraignment.

On November 21 at approximately 3:00 p.m., SIU and Officer Corvese arrested Sophal Pheap, 44, of 10 Reeves Place in Cranston for one count of manufacturing/possession/distribution of a schedule I-V drug (Cocaine) as a result of a narcotics trafficking investigation at 10 Reeves Place in Cranston. Pheap was then held for arraignment.

PROTECTIVE ORDER

At 8:10 a.m. on November 21, Officers Braga and Fish arrested Richard Lury, 24, of 828 Cranston St., Cranston for violation of a protective order. His arrest was the result of a call for service at 26 Vallone Rd. He was transported to the Third District Court for arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS

Richard Hall, 41, of 151 Franklin Ave. Apt. #2 in Cranston was arrested on November 21 at 8:13 a.m. by Officer Lavey for a sexual offender address change. His arrest was the result of Providence Police picking him up on an arrest warrant.

STOLEN GOODS

Officer Smith arrested Ramon Silverio, 18, for vandalism and possession of stolen goods on November 26 at about 5:44 a.m. as the result of a call for service that originated from 76 Fountain Ave at about 2:42 a.m. He was held for arraignment.

VANDALISM

On November 21 at 1:46 a.m. Officer Sirois arrested Kastihuca Rollins, 23, of 215 Althea St. #2 in Providence for vandalism/malicious injury to property. The arrest is the result of a previous investigation by Officer Sirois at 302 Pontiac Ave. Rollins was held overnight awaiting arraignment at the Third District Court.

WARRANTS

Detective Sohn arrested Joseph Carosi, 55, of 589 Michael St, Sebastian, FL on November 25 at 5:00 p.m. for a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Reservoir Ave. He was later transported to the ACI. On November 25 at 8:18 p.m. Officer Paccasassi arrested Carlos Azuri, 39, of 16 Ridgeland St. in Providence for a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Broad St. He was transported to the ACI. Nicholas Varone, 26, of 4 Asylum Rd. Apt. # E in North Providence, was arrested on November 25 at approximately midnight by Officer Smith for an outstanding warrant of arrest on an affidavit out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 548 Dyer Ave. He was later turned over to Lincoln Police Department.
