ASSAULT

On December 24 at 10:29 a.m. Officers Lang and McIntyre arrested Sunny Suth, 30, of 39 Lark Ave., Cranston for simple assault or battery and resisting legal or illegal arrest. Suth’s arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address, and he was held for arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

Officer Comella arrested Brian Godin, 35, of 169 Chandler Ave. in Cranston on December 23 at 9:42 p.m. for domestic assault by strangulation, domestic simple assault, and domestic disorderly conduct. His arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Goodin was held for arraignment pending the arrival of a justice of the peace.

CHILD MOLESTATION

On December 19 at 10:00 a.m., Officer Iacone arrested Alexis Karpinski, 23, of 140 Bracken St, Cranston, for one count of second degree child molestation. Also arrested was Brandon Gonzalez, 22, of 140 Bracken St, Cranston, for one count of second degree child molestation. The arrests were the result of an on-going investigation at 140 Bracken Street. Both were then held for arraignment.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

At 7:41 p.m. on December 24, Officer Corvese arrested Lee Skalski, 24, of 11 Eva St. Apt # 2 in Providence for driving under the influence first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Skalski’s arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation at 217 Oaklawn Ave, and he was given a Third District Court release to appear.

Jose Pena Reyes, 24, of 37 Atwood Ave. in Providence was arrested on December 24 at 1:53 a.m. by Officer Smith for driving under the influence second offense and driving without a license third offense. The arrest is a result of a well-being check of a driver in his motor vehicle. He was held for arraignment.

On December 21 at approximately 6:44 p.m., Officer McCoy and Sgt. D’Amico arrested Farrah Pierce, 28, of 139 King Phillip St. in Coventry for driving under the influence first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a call for a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Park Ave. and Elmwood Ave. She was then arraigned by a justice of the peace.

DISORDERLY

Officer Casaceli arrested Brian Martinez, 26, of 293 Main St. in Passaic, NJ on December 25 at 12:18 a.m., for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism as the result of a call for service at 40 Haddon Hill Rd. He was then held for arraignment. 

On December 22 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Officer Mastrati arrested Carl Belton, 47, of no particular address, for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. The arrest was the result of a disturbance witnessed by the Officer in the lot of BMC Petroleum at 905 Cranston St. He was held awaiting arraignment as a probation violator. 

Deborah Ann Villari, 45, of 7 Melton Rd. in Cranston, was arrested on December 21 at approximately 6:06 p.m. by Officers Collado and Hardy for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 512 Reservoir Ave. She was held awaiting arraignment as a bail violator. 

At approximately 8:08 p.m. on December 18, Officer Reis arrested Lakesha Grant, 42, of 173 Lexington Ave. in Cranston for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Grant was later arraigned by the justice of the peace.

LARCENY

At 10 a.m. on December 22 Detectives Hopkins and Sanchez arrested Charles Whitehead, 45, of 264 Pine Orchard Rd. in Glocester for larceny as a result of an investigation at 52 Roslyn Ave. He was then held for arraignment.

NO LICENSE

On December 25 at 5:55 a.m., Detective Sohn arrested Jason Fernandes, 31, of 302 Pontiac Ave. for operating without a license, third/subsequent offense, as the result of a vehicle stop on Parkman Ave near Paine Ave. He was held for arraignment.

POSSESSION

Officer Rocchio arrested Ramon Silverio, 28, of 15 Victoria Ave. in Cranston on December 22 at approximately 3:10 a.m. for possession of a schedule II drug (Oxycodone) and driving on a suspended license, third offense or greater. Also arrested was Jordany Rosario, 28, of 590 Park Ave. second floor in Cranston, for Possession of a schedule II drug (Oxycodone). The arrest was the result of a self-initiated motor vehicle stop in the area of Stop and Shop on 204 Garfield Ave. Both were then held awaiting arraignment. 

On December 18 at approximately 9:05 a.m., Officer Corvese arrested Aaron Jamack, 28, of 28 Meadow Rd. in Spencer, MA, for possession of a schedule III drug (Suboxone). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the lot of 550 Pontiac Ave. He was then arraigned by the justice of the peace.

SEX OFFENDER

Officer Lavey arrested Todd Belovitch, 57, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston on December 22 at 12:34 p.m. for a sex offender address change. His arrest is the result of a pick up by Providence Police on a Cranston Police warrant. He was held for arraignment pending arrival of a justice of the peace.

SHOPLIFTING

Jill Goodwin, 37, of 121 De Pasquale Ave. in Providence, was arrested on December 24, at 4:56 p.m. by Officer Murray arrested for shoplifting. Her arrest was the result of a call for service at the Stop & Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. She was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

On December 20 at 2:44 a.m. Officer Smith arrested Luis Adorno, 34, of 45 Italy St. in Providence for shoplifting, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and a bench warrant as a result of a call of service at the CVS at 681 Reservoir Ave. He was held for arraignment.

STOLEN PARTS

On December 20 at 4:19 a.m., Officer Medeiros arrested Jefferson Cruz Santana, 20, of 217 Sumter St. in Providence, for possession of stolen vehicle parts and conspiracy as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Doric Ave. and Pond St. Also arrested was Darel Cabreja Martinez, 19, of 9 Wayland Rd., Providence, for possession of stolen vehicle parts and conspiracy. Both were held for arraignment.
