DUI

On Dec. 12 at 12:18 a.m., police arrested Richard Riordan, 27, 128 Spring Green Road, Warwick, on charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest. Police say Riordan was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwood Avenue.

FIREARMS CHARGES

On Dec. 10 at 8:50 a.m., police arrested Joaquin Fabian, 22, 50 Aldine St., Providence, on charges of firing in a compact area, assault and use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence. Police say Fabian was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

On Dec. 19 at 9:34 a.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of possession of a firearm on school grounds and disorderly conduct. Police say the juvenile was arrested as a result of a service call on Park Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Dec. 12 at 8:15 p.m., police arrested Joseph Hawksley, 21, 39 Nichols St., Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Dec. 13 at 1:11 p.m., police arrested Alexia A. Jeffrey, 20, 32 Parkman St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

DRUG CHARGES

On Dec. 13 at 9:11 a.m., police arrested a juvenile on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say the juvenile was arrested as a result of a suspicious activity report on Auburn Street.

On Dec. 15 at 5:15 p.m., police arrested Matthew Leuba, 33, 562 Providence St., West Warwick, on four counts of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Leuba was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop.

ROBBERY

On Dec. 13 at 1:20 a.m., police arrested Megan Giannakas, 33, 1421 Plainfield Pike, Apt. 2, Johnston, on charges of first-degree robbery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say Giannakas was arrested as a result of a call to assist Providence Police on Plainfield Street.

STOLEN VEHICLE

On Dec. 19 at 2:26 p.m., police arrested Trisha Heeks, 33, no address listed, on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and shoplifting. Police say Heeks was arrested as a result of a larceny call on Garfield Avenue. She was additionally taken into custody on three bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

BURGLARY

On Dec. 12 at 1:06 a.m., police arrested Talkpor T. Tuazama, 23, no address listed, on a charge of burglary. Police say Tuazama was arrested as a result of a breaking and entering call on Pleasant Street.

LARCENY

On Dec. 10 at 1:10 p.m., police arrested Stanley Fortune, 24, 721 Potters Ave., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of larceny over $1,500 and conspiracy. Police say Fortune was arrested at Third Division District Court.

On Dec. 10 at 1:24 p.m., police arrested Jennifer Conway, 27, 910 Atwells Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of larceny under $1,500 and conspiracy. Police say Conway was arrested as at Third Division District Court.

ASSAULT

On Dec. 13 at 11:11 p.m., police arrested Jessica Castro, 25, 354 Niagra St., Apt. 1, on two counts of simple assault and a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Castro was arrested as a result of a call for service on Reservoir Avenue.

On Dec. 13 at 3:55 p.m., police arrested Stephan McCants, 54, 50 Birch St., Apt. 903, Cranston, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say McCants was arrested as a result of an arrest warrant pickup at his residence.

On Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m., police arrested Elvis Morales Urizar, 26, 75 Wilson St., second floor, Providence, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Urizar was arrested as a result of a call for service on Cranston Street.

On Dec. 17 at 5:59 p.m., police arrested Anthony D. Pilozzi, 79, 34 Hopkins Ave., Johnston, on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. Police say Pilozzi was arrested after officers responded to a road-rage incident on Atwood Avenue.

FRAUD/FALSE PRETENSES

On Dec. 12 at 9:15 p.m., police arrested Amy Clements, 36, 39 157 Franklin Ave., Cranston, on a charge of obtaining money/goods under false pretenses. Police say Clements was arrested as a result of a call for service on Plainfield Pike. She was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

On Dec. 18 at 6:36 p.m., police arrested Racquel Tassoni, 48, 4 Cross Road, Johnston, on a charge of fraudulent checks over $1,500. Police say Tassoni was arrested as a result of an arrest warrant pickup at her residence.

SHOPLIFTING

On Dec. 15 at 11:56 a.m., police arrested Eduardo Calderon, 66, 160 Broad St., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Calderon was arrested as a result of a call for service on Plainfield Pike.

On Dec. 17 at 2:01 p.m., police arrested Tatiana McKinney, 23, 1269 Cranston St., Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say McKinney was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

TRESPASSING

On Dec. 13 at 11:35 a.m., police arrested David Joseph Russen, 60, no address listed, on a charge of willful trespassing. Police say Russen was arrested as a result of a trespassing call on Rolfe Square.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m., police arrested Jose Arandia, 36, 42 Hillhurst Ave., Providence, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Arandia was arrested as a result of a call for service on Cranston Street.

PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATIONS

On Dec. 10 at 8:09 a.m., police arrested William Jordan, 27, 641 Atwood Ave., Cranston, on a charge of violation of a protective order.

On Dec. 12 at 10:09 a.m., police arrested Justin Worley, 41, 620 Central Ave., Apt. 126, Johnston, on two counts of violation of a protection order.

On Dec. 14 at 9:30 p.m., police arrested Robert A. Cramer, 32, 399 Norwood Ave., Warwick, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

On Dec. 18 at 9:32 p.m., police arrested Jonathan O’Connell, 38, 30 John St., Apt. 2, Johnston, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Dec. 14 at 10:21 a.m., police arrested Ryan Rosenberg, 38, 55 Honeysuckle Drive, Warwick, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Rosenberg was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Narragansett Boulevard. He was additionally taken into custody on a warrant issued from Lincoln Police.

WARRANTS

On Dec. 12 at 4:07 a.m., police took Abby M. Ortiz, 36, 5 A St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Ortiz was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Budlong Road.

On Dec. 13 at 9 p.m., police took Matthew Stewart, 52, 21 Clarion St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Stewart was arrested as a result of a warrant pickup at his residence.

On Dec. 16 at 12:54 p.m., police took Douglas Zorrilla, 23, 26 Hobson Ave., basement, Cranston, into custody on a warrant issued from West Warwick Police. Police say Zorrilla was arrested as a result of an arrest warrant pickup.

On Dec. 18 at 8:02 p.m., took Senica Muskelly, 42, 27 Greeley St., Apt. 3, Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Warwick Police. Police say Muskelly was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 10 south and Park Avenue.

On Dec. 19 at 12:29 p.m., police took Danilo A. Santos, 48, 711 Atwells Ave., Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Santos was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.
