With the help from customers during the month of December, LL Bean in Garden City collected over 300 gently used coats, gloves and hats to those in need in our community. "Coat Drives are so important to the families we support because it allows them to prepare their family for winter without the burden of that expense while they focus on providing other basic necessities. Many of our families we see are struggling just to stay in their homes as rent prices continue to soar,” said CCAP Vice President of Development Corporate Affairs Lee Beliveau.
