There is alot more to activities then looking at the water.I guess one can go to the beach and pay through the nose to park, a place where you can"t throw a ball or Frisbee all in the name of safety . But don"t worry you can go to the casino and be plied with free booze as long as you gamble . What happens to the drunk driver does not matter.
