A “Clue” this weekend

Cranston High School West Theatre brings a classic board game and motion picture to life with Clue: On Stage, at the Cranston West Alumni Auditorium, April 8-9.  They are excited to bring this entertaining show to the community and we can hardly wait to see our audience in back in the theater again.

Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery. The tale begins at a remote mansion, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects. Led by Wadsworth – the butler, Miss Scarlett, Professor Plum, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock and Colonel Mustard race to find the killer as the body count stacks up. Clue is the comedy whodunit that will leave both cult-fans and newcomers in stitches as they try to figure out…WHO did it, WHERE, and with WHAT!

“Clue” will take place on April 8 at 7:30 p.m. and April 9 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10 per person. Tickets will be available for purchase during school lunches the week prior to the show. You can purchase tickets at the door before each performance. Only cash or checks payable to CHSW Theater are accepted at the school.  If there are any questions, call 401-270-8049.
