Town of Johnston

At a recent meeting of The Johnston Town Council, the Council did adopt the following Ordinance effective immediately:

Ordinance 2022-7: An Ordinance for street abandonment. Said Ordinance abandons a portion of Genoa Street on Assessor’s Plat 5

Ordinance 2022-8: An Ordinance for street abandonment. Said Ordinance abandons a portion of Mathew Drive on Assessor’s Plat 57

Ordinance 2022-9: An Ordinance in amendment of the Town of Johnston Zoning Ordinance and accompanying map. Said Ordinance changes the Zone Map for Assessor’s Plat 6, Lot 44 from R-20 to B-1

Said Ordinance is on file and available for review in the Office of the Town Clerk.
