You are hereby notified that the Cranston City Plan Commission will meet to review the Preliminary Plan for a proposed Major four (4) lot subdivision for single family homes entitled “Elite Drive Subdivision.” This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Cranston City Hall, 869 Park Avenue.
The subject parcel is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Elite Dr. and Raymond Dr. as well as at the terminus of Janet Drive, Assessor’s Plat 26/4, Lot 50. The property owners and applicants are David M. Devany and Earl J. Croft III, 100 Amy Drive, Cranston. RI 02921. The property is 7.51 acres and is zoned A-20.
The applicants propose to subdivide the parcel into four lots for single-family homes which are to be serviced by public water and sewer.
