Cranston Police Log 03/18/21

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On March 13 at 8:08 p.m., police arrested Elijah Tirado, 21, 162 Main St., Exeter, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 14 at 8:51 p.m., police arrested Smeling Lopez Marte, 43, 128 Pocasset Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

DUI

On March 9 at 5:45 p.m., police arrested Nicholas Forcino, 23, 101 Mocasin Trail, Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Forcino was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Comstock Parkway.

On March 13 at 8:08 p.m., police arrested Yim Bun, 63, 163 Gladstone St., Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Bun was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On March 9 at 5:22 p.m., police arrested Isiah Allen, 23, 59 Benedict St., Providence, on charges of reckless driving/drag racing/eluding police, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say Allen was arrested after officers responded to a report of ATVs and dirt bikes operating in the city.

On March 9 at 5:48 p.m., police arrested Chevin Gobern, 28, 40 Anthony Ave., Providence, on charges of reckless driving/drag racing/eluding police, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Police say Gobern was arrested after officers responded to a report of ATVs and dirt bikes operating in the city.

On March 11 at 6:30 p.m., police arrested Roberto Pantojas, 46, 310 Lowell Ave., Providence, on charges of receiving stolen goods and driving without a license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Pantojas was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Dyer Avenue.

On March 13 at 6 p.m., police arrested Javier Livent, 19, 48 June St., Apt. 48C, Providence, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms. Police say Livent was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue.

ASSAULT

On March 9 at 10:52 p.m., police arrested Kyle Smith, 37, 618 Main St., Apt. 3329, Coventry, on charges of simple assault/battery and disorderly conduct. Police say Smith was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Magnolia Street.

SHOPLIFTING

On March 9 at 11:34 p.m., police arrested Adam Rogers, 46, 170 Waterman Ave., North Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Rogers was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On March 13 at 5:24 p.m., police arrested Jared Roderick, 23, 24 Swallow Drive, Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. Police say Roderick was transferred from the custody of Scituate Police.

WARRANTS

On March 11 at 7:27 p.m., police took Randy Watson, 31, 212 Orms St., Apt. 2, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Watson was arrested as a result of a call for service on Cranston Street.

On March 14 at 4:56 p.m., police took Jaron Lema, 24, 57 Bolton St., Cranston, into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court. Police say Lema was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On March 14 at 6:59 p.m., police took Arney Hepburn, 36, 68 Pershing St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police. Police say Hepburn was arrested as a result of a warrant pickup on Pershing Street.
