CHILD MOLESTATION

On April 15 at 8:35 a.m., police arrested Felix Pantoja, 43, 40 Peerless St., Cranston, on a charge of second-degree child molestation. Police say Pantoja turned himself in on a Cranston arrest warrant at the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On April 13 at 12:40 p.m., police arrested Julissa Ann Garcia, 21, 78 Barnes St., Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On April 14 at 8:25 p.m., police arrested Emmanuel Garcia, 34, 97 Camden Lane, Cranston, on charges of domestic assault with a deadly weapon in dwelling house, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property, domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone and domestic disorderly conduct.

On April 18 at 3:58 a.m., police arrested Giovanna Ricci, 24, 444 Meshanticut Valley Parkway, Apt. 28, Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

DUI

On April 13 at 6:10 p.m., police arrested Vewldeth Diaz, 19, 66 Gallatin St., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of driving under the influence and possession of THC. Police say Diaz was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On April 15 at 12:28 a.m., police arrested Nicholas Johnston, 41, 109 Amore Road, Warwick, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test, second offense. Police say Johnston was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 95.

DRUG CHARGES

On April 12 at 5:07 p.m., police arrested Jason Piccardi, 47, 165 Vermont St., Providence, on charges of possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine. Police say Piccardi was arrested as a result of a suspicious activity call in the area of Broad and Smith street. Police say Piccardi was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

On April 13 at 12:16 a.m., police arrested Jason Silva, 40, Bellingham, Massachusetts, on a charge of possession of crack cocaine. Police say Silva was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop at Reservoir Avenue and Beckwith Street.

On April 13 at 3:22 p.m., police arrested Dariel Castillo Morales, 32, 587 Broad St., Providence, on a charge of possession of cocaine. Police say Castillo was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On April 12 at 6:25 p.m., police arrested Odaazha Hazard, 21, 17 Goddard St., Providence, on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Hazard was arrested on Plainfield Pike.

On April 17 at 4 a.m., police arrested Maria Falcone, 54, 43 Woburn St., Cranston, on charges of vandalism/malicious injury to property, simple assault/battery, disorderly conduct and conspiracy. Police say Falcone was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Woburn Street.

On April 17 at 4 a.m., police arrested Stephanie Falcone, 35, 43 Woburn St., Cranston, on charges of vandalism/malicious injury to property, simple assault/battery, disorderly conduct and conspiracy. Police say Falcone was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Woburn Street.

On April 18 at 11:13 a.m., police arrested Steve Alvarez, 22, 798 Hartford Ave., Johnston, on charges of reckless driving, license/permit required to carry a concealed pistol and driving with a suspended license. Police say Alvarez was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Grant Avenue.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On April 13 at 1:09 p.m., police arrested Dayna L. Manzi, 38, 128 Hines Farm Road, Cranston, on charges of reckless driving, drag racing and eluding police. Police say Manzi was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

LARCENY

On April 15 at 3:15 p.m., police arrested Danny Veliz Morales, 18, 73 Rill St., Providence, on charges of larceny under $1,500 and conspiracy. Police say Morales was arrested as a result of an investigation on Plainfield Pike.

On April 16 at 4:49 p.m., police arrested Tami Plas, 50, 85 Briggs St., Apt. 715, Cranston, on a charge of larceny under $1,500. Police say Plas was arrested as a result of a call for service on Briggs Street.

SHOPLIFTING

On April 16 at 5:50 p.m., police arrested Chiyen Le, 31, 56 Maple Ave., Apt. D203, West Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Le was arrested as a result of a call for service on Plainfield Pike. She was additionally taken into custody on a fugitive from justice warrant.

On April 18 at 7:50 p.m., police arrested Antinette Short, 28, 58 Althea St., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Short was arrested as a result of shoplifting call on Garfield Avenue.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On April 16 at 11:40 a.m., police arrested Lavell Poston, 27, 33 Dartmouth Ave., Providence, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Poston was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Pontiac Avenue.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On April 12 at 11:54 p.m., police arrested Fredom Gomes, 22, 145 Oxford St., Providence, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

WARRANTS

On April 13 at 12:27 p.m., police took Crystal G. Klekot, 45, 291 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, into custody on three bench warrants issued from Superior Court. Police say Klekot was arrested as a result of a suspicious person report on Legion Way.

On April 13 at 12:27 p.m., police took Richard A. Klekot Jr., 51, 291 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Third Division District Court. Police say Klekot was arrested as a result of a suspicious person report on Legion Way.

On April 14 at 5:15 p.m., police took Nicole McLeod, 31, 1000 Warren Ave., East Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from East Providence Police. Police say McLeod was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On April 17 at 1:57 p.m., police took Akinyemi Akinsulire, 28, 16 Peach Hill Ave., North Providence, into custody on a warrant issued from Family Court. Police say Akinsulire was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.
