DRUG CHARGES

On June 5 at 5:26 p.m., police arrested Quincy Dejesus, 24, 19 Hendricks St., Apt. 3, Central Falls, on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, resisting arrest and simple assault. Police say Dejesus was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Wellington Avenue and Beckwith Street. Dejesus was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

DUI

On June 5 at 12:53 a.m., police arrested John Connor, 30, 37 Checkerberry Trail, Narragansett, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Connor was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Pontiac Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On June 1 at 1:43 p.m., police arrested Deon Pratt, 19, 215 Garden St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. Police say Pratt was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court.

On June 3 at 2:10 a.m., police arrested Daniel Levasseur Jr., 40, 178 Third Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault.

On June 4 at 8:34 p.m., police arrested Matthew Steward, 54, 21 Clarion St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic assault on a person over 60.

ASSAULT & BATTERY

On June 1 at 2:59 p.m., police arrested Joshua Burgos Ruiz, 21, 336 Farmington Ave., Cranston, on charges of simple assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Police say Burgos Ruiz was arrested as a result of a call for service on Farmington Avenue.

SHOPLIFTING

On June 4 at 2:10 p.m., police arrested Christopher Edward Schreffler, 54, 18 Brandywine Drive, Westerly, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Schreffler was arrested as a result of a call for service on Oaklawn Avenue.

On June 6 at 12:20 p.m., police arrested Stephen Wheeler, 55, 69 Bliss St., East Providence, on two counts of shoplifting. Police say Wheeler was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

VANDALISM

On June 4 at 2:20 a.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of vandalism/malicious injury to property and conspiracy. Police say the juvenile was arrested as a result of an alarm call on Reservoir Avenue. The juvenile was additionally taken into custody on warrants issued from Family Court and Providence Police.

COUNTERFEIT

On June 2 at 7:25 p.m., police arrested Nicole Fraser, 31, 122 Cross St., Apt. A204, Westerly, on a charge of possession of a counterfeit bill or note. Police say Fraser was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police. She was additionally held as a fugitive from justice out of Massachusetts.

WARRANTS

On June 2 at 3:01 p.m., police took Alexander Bradley, 41, 168 Plantation Drive, Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police. Police say Bradley was arrested as a result of a call for service on Sockanosset Cross Road.

On June 2 at 4:59 p.m., police took Ryan Perry, 38, Fall River, Massachusetts, into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court, Third Division District Court and Sixth Division District Court. Police say Perry was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Western Promenade.
