DUI

On Aug. 3 at 9:44 p.m., police arrested Joshua Gray, 41, 2214 Broad St., Apt. 202, Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Gray was arrested as a result of a wrong-way driver report on New London Avenue.

On Aug. 3 at 11:29 p.m., police arrested Jordan Winslow, 27, 72 Moorland Ave., Cranston, RI, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Winslow was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Aug. 2 at 7:26 p.m., police arrested Ross Amos, 29, 149 Wentworth Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct, simple assault and battery, and vandalism/malicious injury to property.

On Aug. 2 at 7:26 p.m., police arrested Mahalia Robinson, 23, 38 Health Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and battery and domestic disorderly conduct. Police say Robinson was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

On Aug. 3 at 7:50 p.m., police arrested Alexzandra Cabral, 25, 61 Woodbine St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 3 at 7:50 p.m., police arrested Jeovany Cabral, 22, 260 Vermont Ave., Providence, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 4 at 12:03 a.m., police arrested Angelina Mailhot Fonseca, 20, 71 Adelaide Ave., Apt. 1L, Warwick, on charges of domestic felony assault, domestic disorderly conduct and simple assault.

On Aug. 7 at 3:50 a.m., police arrested Jonathan Ovalles, 29, 416 Webster Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of domestic breaking and entering and domestic disorderly conduct.

ARSON

On Aug. 6 at 9:45 a.m., police arrested Daniel Rosa, 18, 114 Lambert St., Cranston, on charges of first-degree arson, placing of explosive devices (fireworks), and malicious injury to property. Police say Rosa was arrested as a result of an investigation into an incident on Norfolk Street.

ASSAULT

On Aug. 2 at 7:26 p.m., police arrested Latoya Robinson, 41, 38 Health Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, on charges of simple assault and battery, vandalism/malicious injury to property, and disorderly conduct. Police say Robinson was arrested as a result of a call for service on Wentworth Avenue.

ATTEMPTED B&E

On Aug. 9 at 3:24 a.m., police arrested Donald Morgan, 39, 460 Pine St., Providence, on charges of attempted breaking and entering and resisting arrest. Police say Morgan was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court. Police say Morgan was arrested as a result of a reported break-in in progress on Garfield Avenue.

SHOPLIFTING

On Aug. 4 at 8:05 a.m., police arrested Joseph D. Parillo Jr., 31, 43 Lafayette St., Johnston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Parillo was arrested on an existing Cranston Police warrant.

On Aug. 4 at 10:17 p.m., police arrested Christopher Buczek, 33, 995 Atwood Ave., Johnston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Buczek was arrested as a result of a service call on Plainfield Pike.

On Aug. 4 at 12:14 p.m., police arrested Gregory A. Eldridge II, 25, 200 Wakefield St., West Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Eldridge was arrested as a result of an investigation on Garfield Avenue.

On Aug. 7 at 4:21 p.m., police arrested Michael Martin, 52, 94 Laurens St., third floor, Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Martin was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Aug. 2 at 8:20 p.m., police arrested Lawrence Dureault Jr., 48, Danielson, Connecticut, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

On Aug. 5 at 1:38 a.m., police arrested Jason Daluz, 35, 245 California Ave., Providence, on five counts of violation of a no-contact order, third or subsequent offense.

OBSTRUCTION

On Aug. 4 at 11:36 a.m., police arrested Kevin Pimental Luis, 40, 366 Main St., Apt. 1, Scituate, on charges of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and disorderly conduct. Police say Pimental Luis was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Hope Road.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Aug. 6 at 11:34 p.m., police arrested Joseph Cappelli, 20, 58 Firglade Drive, Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Cappelli was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop at New London Avenue and Sockanosset Cross Road.

WARRANTS

On Aug. 2 at 6 p.m., police took Sean Richardson, 29, 161 Lynch St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Richardson was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

On Aug. 3 at 3:22 p.m., police took Henry McQueen, 49, 58 Rochambeau Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Sixth Division District Court bench warrant. Police say McQueen was arrested as a result of a call for service on Cranston Street.

On Aug. 4 at 1:25 p.m., police took Andrew E. Morissette, 53, 59 Shirley Blvd., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Morissette was arrested as a result of a suspicious person call on Pontiac Avenue.
