Cranston Police Log 09/30/21

DUI

On Sept. 19 at 12:40 a.m., police arrested Trenton Keith, 27, 1167 Newport Ave., Apt. 3, Pawtucket, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Keith was arrested as a result of an erratic operator report on Plainfield Pike.

On Sept. 22 at 7:25 p.m., police arrested Hudson Carvalho, 39, 33 Cider Mill Road, North Smithfield, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Carvalho was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Reservoir Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Sept. 16 at 10:48 a.m., police arrested Marc L. Tetreault, 51, Gardner Massachusetts, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Sept. 17 at 5:27 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey Curtis, 45, 210 Holland St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 19 at 8:29 a.m., police arrested Taylor Gombocs, 24, 11 Fortini St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Sept. 19 at 8:29 a.m., police arrested Julia A. Howard, 63, 11 Fortini St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Sept. 19 at 11:12 p.m., police arrested Catherine R. Bishop, 42, 101 Stony Acre Drive, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 20 at 11:06 p.m., police arrested Ricardo Erilus, 36, 75 Alton St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Sept. 21 at 3:46 p.m., police arrested Louis Wegener, 39, no address listed, on charges of shoplifting, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, resisting arrest, and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms. Police say Wegener was arrested as a result of a call for service on Oaklawn Avenue.

DRUG CHARGES

On Sept. 20 at 4:17 p.m., police arrested William Alexander, 64, 37 Amy St., Apt. 1R, Pawtucket, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Alexander was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

BURGLARY TOOLS

On Sept. 21 at 3:46 p.m., police arrested Dacia Broccoli, 34, no address listed, on charges of making/repairing/possessing burglary tools and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Broccoli was arrested as a result of a call for service on Oaklawn Avenue. She was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

SHOPLIFTING

On Sept. 16 at 4:18 p.m., police arrested Lori Wetter, 41, 450 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Wetter was arrested as a result of a call for service on Garfield Avenue.

TRESPASSING

On Sept. 23 at 12:40 a.m., police arrested Sean Moran, 53, 66 Baywood St., Warwick, on two counts of willful trespassing. Police say Moran was arrested on existing Cranston warrants as a result of a motor vehicle stop.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Sept. 16 at 7:44 p.m., police arrested Richard Wilmot, 36, 16 Angell St., Apt. 2, West Warwick, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Wilmot was arrested as a result of a call for service on Park Avenue.

FALSE INFORMATION

On Sept. 22 at 1:30 p.m., police arrested Nelson Morales Nimaja, 31, 663 Cranston St., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of providing false information to 911. Police say Morales Nimaja was arrested as a result of a disturbance call on Cranston Street.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

On Sept. 16 at 11:39 p.m., police arrested Luiz Cruz, 44, 19 Clematis Ave., Providence, on a charge of obstruction of a police officer. Police say Cruz was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Niantic Avenue. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court and an arrest warrant issued from South Kingstown Police.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Sept. 22 at 3:46 p.m., police arrested Marcus Diggs, 55, 485 Plainfield St., Apt. 2, Providence, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Sept. 22 at 9:18 a.m., police arrested Chaz Randyl Stark, 30, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Stark turned himself in at police headquarters on an existing Cranston warrant.

WARRANTS

On Sept. 17 at 12:03 a.m., police took Kavid Izquierdo-Maldonado, 21, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. H142, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Izquierdo-Maldonado was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue.

On Sept. 20 at 4:17 p.m., police took Gabrielle Rivera, 25, 171 Smith St., Apt. 1, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Rivera was arrested as a result of a call for service on Smith Street.

On Sept. 21 at 1:27 p.m., police took Deyon Tingle, 49, 493 Public St., Apt. A, Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police. Police say Tingle was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

On Sept. 20 at 4:17 p.m., police took Germaine Thompson, 28, 1 Mill St., Apt. 1311, Tiverton, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Thompson was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.
