The Cranston Western 8-U tournament team has been making noise this summer as it continues to roll to tournament wins throughout the region.
The team grabbed its first win of the summer back in July in the Nipmuc July 4th Classic in Mendon, Mass. The club turned around to take first in the annual Sally Eddy Tournament which is hosted by Warwick North Little League. CWLL beat out 10 RI teams to win the title for the second straight year.
Pictured above is the team after most recently winning the Battle of the Banner event in Dighton, Mass this past weekend. (Submitted photo)
