To the Editor,
Will Democrats decide to dump Kamala Harris, their current queen for a day, before the November election? It’s entirely possible.
I suspect that Kamala, who can’t speak coherently without a teleprompter, will implode during a debate with Donald Trump. Just recall how easily Tulsi Gabbard took her out during the Democrat primary debates in 2019. Kamala’s presidential campaign collapsed at that moment.
The Democrats just staged a quiet coup following Joe Biden’s disastrous June 27th debate performance. They undemocratically and unceremoniously gave Biden the boot. Wouldn’t they do the same to Cackling Kamala if it appears she can’t win the election?
Harris has so far been able to conceal her unsuitability for the office by avoiding tough interviews and limiting herself to tightly scripted speeches. But when her manifest inadequacy does become obvious, as it did for Biden during his debate, those ruthless Democrat powerbrokers will likely kick her off the ticket, too.
Who will the Democrat elites then anoint to replace Kamala? Perhaps Speaker Joseph Shekarchi, the “energized” chairman of Rhode Island’s delegation to the Democrat National Convention, can provide us with an answer.(“RI Democrats energized after Biden exits race”, July 25) Tell us, Speaker Shekarchi, who’s next if Kamala crumbles?
