Garden City Center and the mayor of Cranston officially welcomed European Wax Center last week. European Wax Center is a major chain of hair removal salons in the United States, founded and based in Florida in 2004 and run through franchising. Brothers Joshua and David Coba founded European Wax Center as a single salon in Florida, but in 2008 the brothers started selling European Wax Center franchises. It is the world's largest wax center brand with nearly 197 clinics across the United States.
