Heart Healthy Moves

Heart disease is the nation’s No. 1 killer of both men and women. However, there are steps we can take to reduce the risk of developing heart disease. One of these steps includes exercise. At this presentation, we will learn how exercise affects our heart and the many benefits of exercising. Space is limited. Call to reserve a seat 780-6000.

Chair exercise classes: Let’s keep moving

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:30 to 10 a.m.Chair exercises have many benefits. Here are some of them:

Better flexibility and range of motion; increased blood circulation; increased muscle strength; better balance; less joint stiffness and pain; better concentration and elevated mood; lower levels of stress and anxiety.
