Vitamin D is essential to the health and functioning of our immune system. What are the signs and symptoms of a Vitamin D deficiency and how does it affect our immune system? Be sure to join us for this very informative presentation.
Volunteers are needed to run errands for homebound seniors and transport them to medical appointments. You must be 55 years of age or older to volunteer and a BCI is required. A mileage reimbursement is given to cover your travel cost. The RSVP program also provides you with insurance protection. Anyone interested in becoming an RSVP volunteer may contact Karen at 780-6159.
