Wednesday, Dec. 1 at 10 a.m.A group of Salve Regina University nursing students will be offering an interactive presentation on high blood pressure, also know as hypertension. In this showcase of information, there will be education regarding the diagnosis criteria of hypertension, risk factors for hypertension, and treatment methods. There will also be a game of “Jeopardy!” at the end of the discussion. Don’t miss out on this wonderful educational opportunity, the students are eager to interact with members of the Senior Center and relay the information they have learned throughout their courses at Salve.

Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m.At this presentation you will learn how to cook healthy and how to make your favorite meals healthier.
A total body workout with a focus on strengthening overall balance, posture, muscle tone and mobility. You will learn how to move the body in a healthy way so as to reduce pain and improve body awareness. Classes are with or without the use of a chair.
