Notice of Public Hearing


Cranston Historic District Commission (HDC)

At a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 6:00PM, in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 869 Park Ave, the HDC will review an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, as follows:

Property: 1363 Narragansett Boulevard, AP 2/2, Lot 916; Applicant: Kevin McDonald & Derek Torrey; Contractor: Lowes Installation

Project Description: To replace six (6) sets of inoperable wood windows; for two (2) double-hung windows, replace with white clad, wood with same lite pattern; for the four-wide double-hung windows, convert to three-wide, double-hung, white clad wood window with same lite pattern within same brick opening.    

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the City Clerk (461-1000, Ext. 3197) 72 hours in advance of the hearing.
