STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING
AN ORDINANCE RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING PARKING SPACES NEAR COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL RIGHTS-OF-WAY
Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:
Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

(f) Parking near Coastal Resources Management Council rights-of-way. By resolution, the city council may, upon the recommendation of the Police Department via a traffic study, designate the location of not to exceed two (2) parking spaces in close proximity to Coastal Resources Management Council rights-of-way. The location of such parking spaces shall be marked with signs by the department of Public Works.
Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
