WARRANT

At 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston police arrested Anthony Pesare, 38, of 7 Anstis St., Cranston, on an arrest warrant from Warwick Police. The arrest was the result of a car stop on Reservoir Avenue and the Route 10 South on ramp. Pesare was turned over to Warwick Police.

At 1:55 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston police arrested Carlos Hernandez, 24, of 108 Mitchell St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of Carlos Hernandez coming into headquarters. Hernandez was transported to Superior Court.

DUI

At 2:27 p.m. on Feb. 13, Cranston police arrested Jonathan Mercado, 31, of 31 Newark St., Providence, on charges of Driving Under the Influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a car stop on Garfield Avenue. Mercado awaited arraignment.

At 2:05 a.m. on Feb. 12, Cranston police arrested Alex Normandin, 26, of 6 Laforge Road, Coventry, on charges of DUI B.A.C .10 to .15 (readings of .148 and .148, first offense). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Scituate Avenue and Alpine Estates Drive. Normandin awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

At 2:45 a.m. on Feb. 13, Cranston police arrested Nicholas Church, 29, of 203 Knollwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of driving on a suspended license (third or subsequent offense). The arrest was the result of a car stop at 535 Reservoir Ave. Church was issued a release to appear.

At 12:01 p.m. on Feb. 12, Cranston police arrested Thaddeus Pompey, 19, of 67 Lindia St., Providence, on charges of Driving on a Suspended License (third offense) and a District Court Bench Warrant (sixth) as a result of a traffic stop at 900 Cranston St. Pompey was transferred to ACI.

OBSTRUCTING OFFICER

At 5:08 p.m. on Feb. 12, Cranston police arrested Danny Tager, 37, of 48 Howarth Ave., South Attleboro, Mass, on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and an outstanding arrest and affidavit warrant from Johnston PD. The arrest was the result of an attempted pickup at 91 Dunedin St. Tager was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and transported to ACI Intake as a bail violator.

VANDALISM

At 9:12 p.m. on Feb. 12, Cranston police arrested Christopher Spampinato, 34, of 192 High St., Woonsocket, on charges of Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Centerville Bank on Rolfe Street. Spampinato was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

RECKLESS DRIVING

At 3:58 p.m. on Feb. 11, Cranston police arrested Rolando Frias, 24, of 105 Grant Ave., Cranston, on charges of Reckless Driving, Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a disturbance in the area of 1125 Cranston St. Frias was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 4:57 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston police arrested Carolina Picardo, 59, of 20 Wildwood Ave., Providence, on charges of disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a car stop on New London Avenue at Sockanosett Cross Roads. Picardo was arraigned and released by a bail commissioner.

At 12:56 p.m. on Feb. 10, Cranston police arrested Jay Juan A. Watson Sr., 38, of 318 Hawkins St., Apt. 2, Providence, on charges of Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance call at Cumberland Farms on Reservoir Avenue. Watson was transferred to Third District Court.

SUBSTANCES

At 2:45 a.m. on Feb. 13, Cranston police arrested Derrick Costa, 54, of 16 Grand Ave., North Providence, on charges of possession of methamphetamines. The arrest was the result of a car stop at 535 Reservoir Ave. Costa awaited arraignment.

At 3 p.m. on Feb. 9, Cranston police arrested Nelson A. Osorio, 34, of 22 Ryder Ave., Cranston, on charges of Manufacturing/Possession/Delivery of Schedule I/II (Fentanyl) (one count) and Maintaining a Common Nuisance/Controlled Substances (one count) as a result of a narcotics trafficking investigation and search warrant at the above listed address. Osorio awaited transport to ACI.

ASSAULT

At 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston police arrested Curtis McCants, 46, of 185 Norwood Ave., Apt. 5, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned location. McCants awaited arraignment.

At 10:32 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston police arrested Dwight Morse, Jr., 41, of 70 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 301, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and domestic vandalism. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned location. Morse awaited arraignment.

At 10:42 p.m. on Feb. 10, Cranston police arrested Glenda Figueroa-Sanchez, 58, of 45 Prudence St., Apt. 2, Providence, on charges of Simple Assault/Battery and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a stabbing in the area of 203 Farmington Ave. Figueroa-Sanchez was held for morning arraignment.

At 10:42 p.m. on Feb. 10, Cranston police arrested Marisol Berrios, 50, of 825 Plainfield St., Apt. 206, Providence, on charges of Domestic-Felony Assault (knife) and Felony Assault (knife). The arrest was the result of a call for a stabbing in the area of 203 Farmington Ave. Berrios was held for morning arraignment.

At 1:42 p.m. on Feb. 9, Cranston police arrested Matthew Ward, 37, of 149 Poplar Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a domestic assault reported at headquarters which had occurred at 149 Poplar Ave. Ward awaited arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
