VIOLATION OF ORDER

On Feb. 6 at 8:13 p.m., officers arrested Charles Simas, 45, of 107 Argyle St., on a charge of Violation of a No Contact Order (3rd or Subsequent Offense). The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Simas was held for arraignment as a bail violator.

DRUG POSSESSION

On Feb. 5 at 12:26 a.m., officers arrested John J Lineberger, 45, of 96 Harris Ave., on a charge of Possession of Schedule I-V <10g 2nd Offense and Operating w/o a License 4th/Subs Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 923 Cranston St. Lineberger was arraigned.

SEXUAL OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

On Feb. 4 at 7:39 p.m., officers arrested Bishop Lombard, 32, of 30 Howard Ave. Cranston, on a charge of Sexual Offender Address Change. The arrest was the result of Providence PD turning over custody of the suspect based upon a previously issued arrest warrant. Lombard was arraigned and remanded to the ACI as a probation violator.

BREAKING & ENTERING

On Feb. 3 at 7:57 p.m., officers arrested Gary Baskin, 47, of 45 Ivanhoe St., on charges of Domestic Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House without Consent and Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 230 Glen Hills Drive. Baskin was arraigned and released.

VIOLATION OF ORDER

On Feb. 3 at 8:53 p.m., officers arrested Daniel King, 37, of no known address, on a charge of Violation of a Family Court Protection Order-3rd or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a suspicious-person call at the Hong Kong Buffet; 1776 Cranston St. King was held for morning court as a probation violator.

VANDALISM

On Feb. 3 at 8:32 p.m., officers arrested Johnny Crespo, 23, of 104 Laurens St. Apt. 2, on a charge of Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Crespo was held for morning court as a bail violator.

 

BENCH & FELONY WARRANTS

On Feb. 3 at 9:28 a.m., officers arrested Gregory S Wright Jr, 37, on a charge of Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty, plus two Superior Court Bench Warrants, three Providence Police Felony Warrants for Domestic Assault on a Person Over 60. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop near Lowe’s; 247 Garfield Ave. Wright was taken to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Feb. 3 at 1:10 a.m., officers arrested Chloe Massie, 28, of 164 Second Ave #2 on a charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Massie was held for arraignment at 3rd District Court.

DUI

On Feb. 3 at 2:59 a.m., officers arrested Enrique G Sanchez, 28, of 17 Messer St., Providence on a charge of DUI 1st Offense BAC Unknown. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop and subsequent investigation at Reservoir Ave and Legion Way. Sanchez was held for arraignment at 3rd District Court.

STOLEN VEHICLE

On Feb. 2 at 4:11 p.m., officers arrested Kenneth Geon, 38, of 4 Hill St. Portland, ME for Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in

the area of 200 Atwood Ave. (Stop and Shop). Geon was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

VIOLATION OF PROTECTION ORDER

On Feb. 2 at 7:51 p.m., officers arrested John Roderick, 66, of 32 Orchard Drive, Scituate, on a charge of Violation of a Protection Order. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 24 Swallow Drive. Roderick was arraigned.

BENCH WARRANT

On Feb. 2 at 7:56 p.m., officers arrested Fatima Flynn, 45, of 975 Meriden Road, Waterbury, Connecticut, on a Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop near 645 Reservoir Ave. (Washington Trust). Flynn was transferred to Women’s Intake at the ACI.

VIOLATION OF NO CONTACT

On Feb. 2 at 8:54 a.m., officers arrested Peter Rinn, 42, of 28 Flynn Ave. on a charge of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Rinn was arraigned and transported to ACI Intake as a bail violator.

 

BENCH WARRANT

On Feb. 2 at 12:16 p.m., officers arrested Michael Ortiz, 21, of 298 Stony Acre Drive on an outstanding 3rd District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a follow up investigation in the area of 1804 Plainfield Pike. Ortiz was taken to ACI Intake.

 

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Feb. 2 at 1:15 p.m., officers arrested Tracy Spencer, 39, of 113 Warren Ave. on a charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Spencer was awaiting arraignment.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

On Feb. 2 at 1:19 p.m., officers arrested Adriel Graichen, 39, of 200 Bracken St. on five counts of First-Degree Sexual Assault-Child Molestation. The arrest was the result of a pickup at the aforementioned address on an arrest and affidavit warrant issued by Cranston Police Special Victim’s Unit. Graichen was awaiting arraignment.
