On Feb. 25 at 3:09 a.m., officer(s) arrested Katie McCormick, 35, of 45 June Ave., for Domestic-Simple Assault/Battery and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance in the area of 45 June Ave. McCormick was held awaiting morning arraignment.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

On Feb. 23 at 3:33 p.m., officer(s) arrested Shelley Sousa Sloan, 52, of 431 Auburn St., for (1) count of Domestic Violence - Simple Assault/Battery and (1) count of Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 431 Auburn St. Sousa Sloan was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

On Feb. 23 at 4:05 p.m., officer(s) arrested Alcides Rafael Alba, 35, of 9 Fletcher Ave., Apt. #1 for (1) count of Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent warrant pick-up at 9 Fletcher Ave. Rafael Alba was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN FIREARM

On Feb. 22 at 10:35 p.m., officers arrested Jose Rivera, 19, of 1229 Plainfield St. Johnston, for Possession of a Stolen Firearm and License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 575 Dyer Ave. (Riverbend Apartments). Rivera was awaiting arraignment as a Bail Violator.

DOMESTIC VANDALISM

On Feb. 22 at 1:42 a.m., officers arrested Amanda Micheli, 37, of 27 Versailles St., for Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the above address. Micheli was held for morning arraignment.

EMBEZZLEMENT

On Feb. 21 at 11:30 p.m., officers arrested Kenneth Dasilva, 42, of 18 Cobblestone Ct. Somerset Mass. for Embezzlement /Fraudulent Conversion over $100. The arrest was the result of RI Sheriffs turning him over on a warrant out of this department. Dasilva was arraigned and transported to Intake 2.

A/A WARRANT

On Feb. 21 at 9:02 p.m., officers arrested Robert Tirocchi, 29, of 199 Deerfield Rd. for an A/A warrant out of West Warwick PD for cyberstalking. The arrest was the result of a self-initiated contact on Deerfield Rd. Tirocchi was turned over to West Warwick PD.

SHOPLIFTING

On Feb. 21 at 11:53 p.m., officers arrested Alexandre Grana Lopez, 51, of 51 Adelaide Ave. Apt. 2, Providence for Shoplifting and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a larceny complaint at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike. Grana Lopez was held for morning arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

On Feb. 21 at 7:52 a.m., officers arrested Ammar Ikram, 18, of 196 Old River Rd. Apt. 4E, Lincoln for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a larceny complaint at Second Time Around Sports, 453 Atwood Ave. Ikram was transported to 3rd District Court.

AFFIDAVIT ARREST WARRANT

On Feb. 21 at 1:29 p.m., officers arrested James Snoke, 61, of 75 Lincoln Ave., for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant from Scituate Police Department and an Affidavit Arrest Warrant from Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of an attempt pick up at the aforementioned residence. Snoke was turned over to Scituate Police Department.

DOMESTIC VANDALISM

On Feb. 21 at 12:25 a.m., officers arrested Tara Chea, 33, of 9 Springhouse Trail. Apt.27 Seekonk, MA for Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 295 Main St. Chea was held for morning arraignment.

VIOLATION OF NO CONTACT ORDER

On Feb. 20 at 8:56 a.m., officers arrested Anthony Apuzzie Xavier, 29, of 218 Washington Ave. Providence, RI for Violation of No Contact Order 3rd/Greater and Driving on a Suspended License 4th/Greater. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 27 Cedar St. Apuzzie Xavier was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

ARREST WARRANT

On Feb. 20 at 12:11 p.m., officers arrested Openny Whyte, 37, of 23 Kendell St. Central Falls, RI for an arrest and affidavit warrant out of East Providence PD. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 252 Garfield Ave. (Five Below). Whyte was transferred over to East Providence PD.

DUI

On Feb. 20 at 1:50 a.m., officers arrested Olinda Jarvis, 76, of 125 Harris Ave. Apt. 219, Cranston for DUI-1st Offense-BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .199 BrAC and Phase II .194 BrAC) The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Garfield Ave. Jarvis was summoned and released.
