DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On March 4 at 12 a.m., officer arrested Kevin Dix, 22, of 19 Maplewood Ave. Apt. 1, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Dix was held for morning court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 3 at 6 a.m., officers arrested Devan Guilbault, 30, of 109 Ruggles St. Apt. 3, Providence for Threats to Public Officials, Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an Affidavit Arrest Warrant pick up at Rhode Island Hospital, 593 Eddy St, Providence. Guilbault was held for morning court.

STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

On March 3 at 8 a.m., officers arrested Donna Goyette, 67, of 575 Dyer Ave. # F104 for Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 575 Dyer Ave. Goyette was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

On March 3 at 1 p.m., officers arrested Michael Rougier, 44, of 70 Holburn Ave., for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result Johnston Police turning him over on an arrest and affidavit warrant out of this department. Rougier was awaiting arraignment.

ROBBERY

On March 2 at 6 p.m., officers arrested Justin Ward, 37, of 276 Veazie St. Providence, for 2nd Degree Robbery. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 358 Northup St. Ward was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

DRIVING WITH EXPIRED

On March 2 at 5:30 p.m., officers arrested Victor Estrada, 42, of 155 Salina St. Providence, for Driving with Expired / Without a License 4th / Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hillside Rd. Estrada was summoned to appear.

ARREST WARRANT

On Feb. 28 at 4:28 p.m., officers arrested Jesse Howard, 46, of 75 Lincoln Ave., for an arrest warrant out of Glocester PD. The arrest was the result of arrestee turning himself in at CPD HQs. Howard was turned over to Glocester PD.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Feb. 27 at 2:34 p.m., officers arrested Ashley Jennings, 32, of 400 Knights St. Apt. 212, Warwick for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a suspicious person’s call at 1140 Cranston St. Jennings was presented as a Probation Violator by the Attorney General’s Office and remanded to Women’s Intake.

SHOPLIFTING

On Feb. 27 at 11:08 a.m., officers arrested Carmen Vargas, 35, of (LKA) 99 Russo St. #3RDF Providence for felony Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a larceny at Stop and Shop on Garfield Ave. Vargas was awaiting arraignment as a violator.

SHOPLIFTING

On Feb. 26 at 12:32 p.m., officers arrested Ronald Faria, 50, of 466 Green Hollow Rd. Danielson, CT for shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Lowes 247 Garfield Ave. Faria was awaiting arraignment.
