ARREST WARRANT

On March 11 officers arrested Marlyn Morales, 36, of 66 Westfield St #19, Providence on an Arrest and Affidavit warrant issued by Warwick police. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston St. Morales was turned over to Warwick PD.

 

SHOPLIFTING

On March 10 at 9:28 p.m., Officer arrested Tara Anderson, 40, of no known address, on a charge of shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a larceny complaint at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike. Anderson was arraigned and released.

POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE I-V

On March 10 at 8:33 p.m., Officers arrested Gregory Esposito, 63, of 331 Narragansett St. Apt 3 on charges of possession of a schedule I-V substance and for breaking and entering a house. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 331 Narragansett St. Esposito was held for morning arraignment.

 

DOMESTIC STALKING

On March 10, detectives and officer(s) arrested Louis Mosca Jr., 60, 164 Mountain Laurel Drive, on one count of domestic stalking and two counts of electronic tracking of a motor vehicle - domestic. The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation. Mosca was held for arraignment.

 

 

POSSESSION OF STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

On March 9 at 3:40 p.m., officer(s) arrested Yohnny Tetreault, 27, of 1585 Elmwood Ave., on a charge of possession of stolen motor vehicle/parts and an arrest and affidavit warrant out of Providence. The arrest was the result of suspicious activity call at the aforementioned address. Tetreault was arraigned and taken to ACI Intake as a probation violator.

 

POSSESSION OF MOTOR VEHICLE W/ ALTERED NUMBER

On March 9 at 3:40 a.m., officer(s) arrested Jose Torres, 25, of 90 Draper St. Pawtucket, on a charge of possession of a motor vehicle w/altered ID number, obstructing an officer in execution of duty, and resisting legal or illegal arrest. The arrest was the result of a suspicious-activity call at the aforementioned address. Torres was arraigned and taken to ACI Intake as a probation violator.

RESISTING ARREST

On March 9 at 3:40 p.m., officer(s) arrested Jennifer Salcedo, 45, of 1585 Elmwood Ave., on charges of obstructing an officer in execution of duty, resisting legal or illegal arrest and disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of suspicious activity call at the aforementioned address. Salcedo was arraigned and released.

DUI

On March 9 at 4:40 a.m., officers arrested Peter Coccurello, 37, of 81 Midland Dr., on a charge of DUI-1st Offense-BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .160 BrAC & Phase II: .167 BrAC). The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address and subsequent traffic stop on Laconia Road. Coccurello was held for morning arraignment.

U.S. DISTRICT COURT WARRANT

On March 8 at 4:25 p.m., officers arrested Warquin Beltre Medina, 38, of 78 Calle Bolivia San Juan, Puerto Rico, on a U.S. District Court warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 624 Reservoir Ave. Medina was turned over to the Wyatt Federal Detention Facility.

FELONY ASSAULT

On March 8 at 5:47 p.m., officers arrested Michael Calenda, 43, of 1 Vera St., on two counts of felony assault – dangerous weapon or substance. The arrest was the result of an attempt pick-up at the aforementioned location. Calenda was arraigned and released.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 8 at 6:34 p.m., officers arrested Edmund Francis, 52, of 37 Victory St., on a charge of disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 29 Victory St. Francis was arraigned and remanded to the ACI as a probation violator.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 8 at 9:40 p.m., officers arrested Richard Brussard, 60, of 116 Concord Ave., on a charge of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of call for service at the aforementioned address. Brussard was arraigned and released.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 7 at 6:04 p.m., officers arrested David Mattiello, 22, of 160 Council Rock Rd. Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Mattiello was arraigned and released.

 

NO CONTACT ORDER

On March 7 at 8:44 p.m., officers arrested Andrew Lebron, 30, of 1586 Elmwood Ave. 1st Fl., on an alleged violation of a no-contact order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Ave. Lebron was awaiting arraignment as a probation violator.

 

NO CONTACT ORDER

On March 7 at 8:44 p.m., officers arrested Molly O’Neil, 29, of 1586 Elmwood Ave. 1st Fl., on an alleged violation of a no-contact order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Ave. O’Neil was awaiting arraignment as a probation violator.
