SIMPLE ASSAULT

On March 17 at 10:09 a.m., officers arrested Eric Clarke, 41, of 334 Garden City Drive, on one count each of Simple Assault and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 1282 Elmwood Ave. (Mobil). Clarke was given a release to appear.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On March 16 at 3:49 p.m., officers arrested Tiffany Decambra, 28, of 297 Bayview Ave., on a charge of Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Decambra was arraigned and released.

RESISTING ARREST

On March 16 at 9:45 a.m., an officer arrested Justin Jerell Reid, 33, of 105 Ginger St. Warwick on charges of Weapons other than Firearms Prohibited, Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of 777 Cranston St. (Season’s Corner Market). Reid was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

ARREST & AFFIDAVIT WARRANT

On March 16 at 11:44 a.m., officer(s) arrested Shain Wallace, 23, of 15 Netop Dr. Providence, on an arrest and affidavit warrant out of Providence. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 1059 Park Ave. (T’s Restaurant). Wallace was transferred to Providence PD.

SHOPLIFTING/FELONY

On March 15 at 4:01 p.m., officer(s) arrested Wendy Dabreu, 50, of 56 Ocean St. Providence, on a charge of Shoplifting/Felony and an arrest and affidavit warrant out of Warwick PD. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 275 Warwick Ave. (Stop & Shop). Dabreu was arraigned and taken to ACI Women’s Intake as a probation violator.

SHOPLIFTING/FELONY

On March 15 at 5:14 p.m., officer(s) arrested Sophia Hawkins, 40, of 175 Tidewater Dr. Warwick, on charges of Shoplifting/Felony and Habitual Offender. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 142 Hillside Road. (Sephora). Hawkins was arraigned.

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 15 at 7:26 p.m., officer(s) arrested Kaley O’Neil, 32, of 1586 Elmwood Ave., on a charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. O’Neil was arraigned.

ARREST & AFFIDAVIT WARRANT

On March 15 at 8:39 a.m., officer(s) apprehended Jovon Byrd, 32, of 206 Massachusetts Ave., Providence, on an arrest and affidavit warrant out of Central Falls. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop at the intersection of Cranston St. and Washington Ave. Byrd was transferred to Central Falls PD.

SHOPLIFTING/FELONY

On March 15 at 8:34 a.m., officers arrested Jose Alicea, 39, of 9 Highland Park Ave., Boston, on a charge of Shoplifting/Felony. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 204 Garfield Ave. (Stop & Shop). Alicea was arraigned and taken to ACI Intake as a probation violator.

SHOPLIFTING

On March 14 at 3:07 p.m., officers arrested Isatou Gaye, 26, of 314 Lowell Ave. Apt # 4 Providence, on charges of Shoplifting and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 200 Atwood Ave. (Stop & Shop) Gaye was arraigned and released.

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 14 at 3:58 p.m., officers arrested Gia Vecchio, 19, of 777 Cranston St., for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Driving, Drag Racing and Eluding Police, First Offense. The arrest was the result of a call for service on Glenmere Drive. Vecchio was arraigned and released.

NO CONTACT ORDER

On March 14 at 4:06 p.m., officers arrested Traizon Valley, 29, of 80 Summit St. Pawtucket, for Violation of a No Contact Order – 3rd+ Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Gansett Ave. Valley was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On March 14 at 5:33 p.m., officers arrested Maddisyn Burton, 21, of 152 Chandler Ave., on a charge of Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a follow-up call for service at CPD Headquarters. Burton was arraigned and released.

DUI

On March 14 at 5:43 p.m., officers arrested Paula Cavallaro, 65, of 138 Vine St. East Providence, on charges of DUI – Drugs / Alcohol, First Offense, BAC Unknown, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the intersection of Phenix Avenue and Greene Avenue. Cavallaro was arraigned and released.

SIMPLE ASSAULT & DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 14 at 7:54 a.m., officers arrested Kayla Silva, 42, of 91 Julian St., Apt # 205 Providence, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a pickup at Warwick Police Department. Silva was taken to 3rd District Court.

LARCENY

On March 13 at 9:30 a.m., officers arrested Joseph R. Medeiros, 60, of 769 Dyer Ave., on a charge of Larceny Over $1,500. The arrest was the result of a pick up on a previous investigation. Medeiros was taken to 3rd District Court.
