DRUG POSSESSION

At 7:42 a.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston Police arrested Tirrell Walker, 44, of 19 Fletcher Ave., Cranston, on charges of Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance  Under 10g (first offense) and Driving Without a License (fourth and greater offense). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Fletcher Avenue. Walker awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace as a violator.

At 8:49 a.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston Police arrested Daniel Cogean, 41, of 2194 Warwick Ave., Apt. 3L, Warwick, on charges of Possession of Schedule I-V (Fentanyl) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Standish Avenue. Cogean was transported to Third District Court.

At 8:49 a.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston Police arrested Jason Cogean, 39, of 15 Watkins Ave., Cranston, on charges of Possession of Schedule I-V (Fentanyl) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Standish Avenue. Cogean was transported to Third District Court.

At 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 10, Cranston Police arrested Eric Martin, 45, on charges of Possession of Schedule 1-5 (Ecstasy). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at Broad Street and Grand Avenue. Martin was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.


SHOPLIFTING

At 7:10 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston Police arrested Johnny Fredette, 35, of 5 Stevens Ave., Nashua, New Hampshire, on charges of Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop on Atwood Avenue. Fredette was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 7:25 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston Police arrested Jaimiece Loren Parker, 34, of 605 Baldwin St., Apt. 202, Waterbury, Connecticut, on charges of Shoplifting, Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty and Unlawful Use and/or Removal of Theft Detection Shielding Devices. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Ulta Beauty on Hillside Road. Parker was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 8:35 a.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston Police arrested Lauren Paparian, 43, of 5300 Post Road, Apt. 3130, East Greenwich, on charges of Shoplifting (two counts) and Conspiracy (one count) as the result of her turning herself in based on a previous shoplifting incident. Paparian was transported to Third District Court.


BREAKING AND ENTERING

At 6:47 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston Police arrested Kennsy Marte, 23, of 96 Gallatin St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Breaking and Entering into a Dwelling House without Consent. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 19 Hayes St. Marte was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.


ASSAULT

At 11:32 a.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston Police arrested Antonio Cueva, 27, of 47 Maple St., Cranston, on charges of Simple Assault or Battery and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Cueva awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace as a violator.

At 11:17 p.m. on Feb. 18, Cranston Police arrested Jesus Lopez, 62, of 176 Webster Ave., Providence, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 244 Heather St. Lopez was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 2:58 a.m. on Feb. 18, Cranston Police arrested Thomas Robinson, 64, of 730 Dyer Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Assault on a Person Over 60 and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Robinson awaited arraignment.

At 8:37 p.m. on Feb. 16, Cranston Police arrested Abiodun Okikiola, 31, of 64 Sumpter St., Apt. 2, Providence, on charges of Felony Assault, Simple Assault, Weapons other than Firearm Prohibited, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest as the result of a disturbance at EconoLodge on New London Avenue. Okikiola awaited arraignment.

At 3:01 p.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston Police arrested Kyle McGibbon, 29, of 20 Birchwood St., West Roxbury, MA, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault (once count) and Domestic Disorderly Conduct (one count). The arrest was a result of the subject turning himself in on a previously issued Arrest and Affidavit Warrant. McGibbon was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.


ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING

At 6:38 p.m. on Feb. 16, Cranston Police arrested Jeremy Moses, 43, of 201 Lippitt Ave., Cranston, on charges of Attempted Breaking and Entering and Disorderly Conduct as the result of a disturbance at 117 Belvedere Drive. Moses was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.


DUI

At 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 16, Cranston Police arrested Michael Sepe, 44, of 23 Pine Ridge Drive, Cranston, on charges of DUI – BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Basil Crossing. Sepe was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

At 8:08 p.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston Police arrested Samuel Sacco, 29, of 1 Lynch St., Providence, on charges of DUI/Alcohol/Drugs – BAC .15 or greater (first offense) The arrest was a result of a self-initiated motor vehicle stop on Dyer Avenue. Sacco was held as a violator.


LICENSE SUSPENSION

At 11:50 p.m. on Feb. 16, Cranston Police arrested Reynaldo L. Rodriguez Pantojas, 23, of 462 Manton Ave., Apt. 6, Providence, on charges of Driving After Suspension of License (fourth offense) as a result of a traffic stop on Route 10 North at Reservoir Avenue. Rodriguez Pantojas received a summons and was released on scene.

At 5:22 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston Police arrested Joshua Chagnon, 34, of 24 Mathewson St., Cranston on charges of Driving After Suspension of License (fourth offense) as a result of a traffic stop on Plainfield Street. Chagnon was given a summons and released on scene.


CHILD ABUSE

At 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston Police arrested Esmeralda Soto, 29, of 8 Fountain Ave., Cranston, on charges of Second Degree Child Abuse as a result of a follow-up investigation at above address. Soto was transferred to court for arraignment.


DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 1:09 p.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston Police arrested Eric Pacheco, 28, of 22 Depot Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 178 Narragansett St., second floor. Pacheco awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace as a violator.

At 5:42 p.m. on Feb. 16, Cranston Police arrested John Fabian, 26, of 112 Daboll St., Providence, on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty as the result of a report of a large group of bicyclists riding in the middle of Park Avenue. Fabian was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

At 12:07 p.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston Police arrested Maniya Stone, 18, of 68 Friendly St., Cranston, on charges of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an incident at 899 Park Ave. Stone was released to appear in Third District Court.


WILLFUL TRESPASS

At 6:25 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston Police arrested Alli Iannelli, 30, of 173 Shady Valley Road, Coventry, on charges of Willful Trespass, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a well-being check at 153 Southern St. Iannelli was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and transported to Women’s Intake as a probation violator.


OFFICER  OBSTRUCTION

At 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 14, Cranston Police arrested Vincent Durante Jr., 34, of 153 Southern St., Cranston, on charges of Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a well-being check at 153 Southern St. Durante was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.


NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

At 2:32 a.m. on Feb. 12, Cranston Police arrested Michael Norigian, 47, of 169 South Comstock Pkwy., Cranston, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Norwegian was held for arraignment as a violator.
