PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION

At 12:39 a.m. on April 18, Cranston Police arrested Gailan Barwary, 37, of 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. K81, Cranston, on charges of Violation of Protective Order and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a Flock hit in the area of Dyer Avenue for a wanted subject by this department. Barwary awaited arraignment as a violator.

At 3:47 p.m. on April 15, Cranston Police arrested Nicholas Pina, 38, of 215 Harvard St., Cranston, on charges of Violation of a Protective Order as the result of an investigation at 215 Harvard St. Pina was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

 

SHOPLIFTING

At 4:14 p.m. on April 16, Cranston Police arrested Daniel Parra, 47, of 79 Edgewood Ave., Cranston, on charges of Shoplifting as the result of a shoplifting call at Walmart on Plainfield Pike. Parra was arraigned by the Bail Commissioner and transported to the ACI on surety bail.

At 7:01 p.m. on April 16, Cranston Police arrested Todd McKinley, 54, of 52 Jackson St., Apt. 3, Pawtucket, on charges of Felony Shoplifting and Conspiracy as the result of a shoplifting call at Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue. McKinley was arraigned and transported to the ACI as a bail violator.

At 7:01 p.m. on April 16, Cranston Police arrested Robilynn Clark, 46, of 467 Public St., West Warwick, on charges of Felony Shoplifting and Conspiracy as the result of a shoplifting call at Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue. Clark was arraigned and transported to the ACI as a bail and probation violator.

At 6:22 p.m. on April 15, Cranston Police arrested Blanca Ipina, 47, of 60 King St., Providence, on charges of Shoplifting as the result of a shoplifting call at Walmart on Plainfield Pike. King was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

At 4 p.m. on April 11, Cranston Police arrested Lisa Verrocchio, 52, of 200 Mayfield Ave., Apt. C8, Cranston, on charges of Shoplifting as a result of a larceny complaint at Dave’s Marketplace on Pontiac Avenue. Verrocchio was summoned and released.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 8:33 p.m. on April 16, Cranston Police arrested Nicholas Barone, 27, of 76 Beachmont Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of a disturbance at 76 Beachmont Ave. Barone was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

 

DUI

At 9:49 p.m. on April 14, Cranston Police arrested Dwight Bristot, 31, of 87 James St., East Providence, on charges of DUI – BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test (first offense). The arrest was the result of a traffic crash at Reservoir Avenue/Route 10. Bristot was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

 

WARRANT

At 12:38 p.m. on April 14, Cranston Police arrested Robert Ayala, 43, of 78 Suttons St., Apt. 2, Providence, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty as a result of a warrant pick-up. Ayala was transferred to Third District Court.

At 8:40 a.m. on April 14, Cranston Police arrested Ross Amos, 30, of 149 Wentworth Ave., Cranston, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Felony Assault, Domestic Simple Assault & Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a warrant pick-up. Amos was transferred to Third District Court

At 12:09 a.m. on April 14, Cranston Police arrested Andrew Martin, 35, of 300 Robinson St., Apt. 3R, Woonsocket, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop at 1400 Plainfield Pike. Martin was transferred to ACI Intake.

At5:45 p.m. on April 12, Cranston Police arrested Melody Donovan, 31, of 1555 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown, on a Third District Court Bench warrant as the result of her turning herself in on a court warrant. Donovan was transported to the ACI.

At 12:09 a.m. on April 12, Cranston Police arrested Thaines Pichardo, 27, of 40 Maple St., Apt. 1, Cranston, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 1242 Cranston Street. Pichardo was transferred to Third District Court.

 

VANDALISM

At 2:45 a.m. on April 14, Cranston Police arrested Ronald Benoit, 61, of 777 River Ave., Apt. 5, Providence, on charges of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. The arrest was the result of a call for vandalism at Station 5 on Oaklawn Ave. Benoit awaited morning arraignment.

 

ASSAULT

At 3:52 p.m. on April 12, Cranston Police arrested Brianna Nimblett, 18, of 10 East St., Apt. 306, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of a disturbance call at 10 East St. Nimblett was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

At 4:25 p.m. on April 12, Cranston Police arrested Misty McClendon, 43, of 234 Orchard St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of a disturbance call at 234 Orchard St. McClendon was arraigned and transported to the ACI as a bail violator.

NO CONTACT ORDER

At 8:08 a.m. on April 12, Cranston Police arrested Brian J. Fritsche, 33, of 222 Crescent Ave., Apt. 5, Cranston, on charges of Violation of No Contact Order as a result of a violation of no contact order at 155 Gansett Avenue. Fritsche was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.
